World Foods is a fantastic gem on the west side of town near the old train depot. The first time I went I saw the menu and prepared myself for small portions because the prices were so low. Not so at all! For just a few dollars you can have sumptuous eggplant parm, fresh and zesty falafel, and authentic tabouli.... More

Make the trip off of the interstate and bypass the chain restaurants, if you want a unique experience. The food is always excellent and the staff is fast with the service. They only have five tables but the experience is worth the wait if you have to. If you can't get in, there are several other great local restaurants on... More

Very friendly lady who served me which makes it difficult to write a less than great review. I ordered a Greek Salad. It was iceburg lettuce, very little dressing, no cheese, maybe 2 olives, rather disappointing and it was $7 or $8 so I was expecting better.

A small restaurant (? 5 tables) specializing in Italian and Middle Eastern foods with sandwiches and deserts also. The pizza crust was very crisp, a hard to find item. We only had the pizza and this was our first visit. The service was fast and friendly. The owners were welcoming. We plan to return soon.

We stopped for lunch after reading other TripAdvisor reviews and were not disappointed. It was late for lunch...around 2 PM...so they were out of most of the pizza slices but the owner was accommodating and left the peppers off a sandwich for my son. Even though the item was sort of plain, my son LOVED it...especially the bread. The value... More

If you've ever been to Central Grocery in New Orleans, this is a minature version. We eat here about once a week and my husband always gets the muffaleta. Excellent. Also good are the pizza by the slice, I like the four cheese, the gyro and the Philly cheese steak. Not many tables so you might have to get your... More

We stopped in for lunch and had pizza and a sandwich. The bread was excellent. Service was good, but it's a small place and was crowded.

Ate dinner at this unique market & deli. Sandwiches were large & very tasty. Good bargain for the price charged. Friendly staff. Recommend you try this unusual place.

The deli is very small...kinda crowded when you first walk in as the order / check out counter is right inside the doorway. I had the muffuletta and it was flavorful and fresh. Would definitely go back again!
