Great baked goods, very good coffee drinks, friendly...atmosphere could use a little warmth. Nice area, I liked sitting outside.

My sister and I decided to try Sweet Sallie's cupcakes and cookies. The cookie was stale and had a horrible taste! The cupcakes tasted like something you would buy at Wal-Mart....the icing had a chemical taste to it. Won't ever be trying Sweet Sallie's again!

This cupcake thing is just a fad brought on by a TV. Just because you watch the show does not mean you can be a baker. My wife wanted to try the place out because its the only shop in town and it was not pleasing at all. Our cupcakes were dry and dense. My lemon cupcake had this very... More

Had a cafe au lait. Excellent. Carrot raisin muffin also good and bought a drew's brews cupcake to go. Fantastic. In the historic west side of Cookeville, very relaxed place.

I stopped in to work on my laptop for a few minutes. The atmosphere was fine, nothing special. Old college dorm/cafeteria feel to the place. The furniture was confortable, couches, chairs, and tables. There was some bad "Indie" music in the background, but not loud enough to be much of a distraction. I cannot comment on the drinks because I... More

Don't go here unless you are ready for some delectable cup cakes and great coffee! Amazing selection of really imaginative recipes.

Awesome cupcakes, coffee, and atmosphere. A great place to study. I was very partial to the French press option and the prices aren't bad either. Will definitely return!

We stopped in for a coffee and dessert. Cupcake and banana bread were both good. Pies looked tasty, will try next time.

I used to stop by here about twice a week on my way in to work before I moved to Nashville. This place is known for its cupcakes, yes. The strawberry is my favorite -- had that one as my groom's cake. But it's more than cake. Their espresso drinks and drip coffee are the best in Cookeville. Sweet Sallie's... More
