Hey Y'all! Stan's Restaurant has been servin' up the best in country cooking and friendly hometown service for generations of travelers and locals alike. We've been in these parts since 1947, and we know how Country Cookin' should be done, from scratch and with love. Breakfast around here steals the show, but don't worry, you can get it all day long. Come enjoy house favorites like our Po'ke Chops & Aigs, Country Ham, and Homemade Biscuits & Sawmill Gravy. If yer feelin' real country, give our Po'ke Brains & Aigs a try, they won't disappoint! Our real pit smoked BBQ is a must try, it's the real deal fo'ks. From our Kracklin' Cornbread, Turnip Greens, and Black-Eyed Peas to our fried Frog Legs...We mean to keep the Country in Country Cookin'! Stopping at Stan's is a Middle Tennessee tradition for truckers, travelers, and even a few famous fo'ks making their way to Music City. Come in and browse our antiques, souvenirs, and a few oddities you won't find anywhere else. Our Country Store (it's the original, by the way) stocks local jams, jellies, and the like to take home and enjoy. We ship our Famous Country Smoked Hams, Specialty Bacon and Sausage anywhere in the world! Whether it's to get gas for yer car, or food for yer Southern lovin' soul, Stan's has been keepin' it country for a long time now and we aim to please. Bye Y'all and see ya soon!

Must stop when passing through!

Both of us have eaten at this restaurant for many years, husband even back in the late 60's when in school at CMA. Love the friendly, laid back atmosphere & country cooking!

We have stopped here a few times and the food was average. Today it was below average. I ordered a med cooked cheese burger. It came out burnt with a rock hard bun. Don't waste your time, cross the street to Cracker Barrel.

I've been stopping in at this place for 20 years now and it has always been really, really good. Similar to Cracker Barrel but I think the food and service are better. Never had anything tyhat wasn't good. I will say don't go here looking for fancy just go looking for good country food

I haven't been there for the food there yet. But they say it's gone down cooking. But if you need a spot to take visiting family and friends to get Tennessee souvenirs without having to go Nashville...this is your spot!

We were on the road early with an appointment in Birmingham and stopped here to get gas. When we saw they had a restaurant, we asked if there was a togo menu--we got breakfast (sausage and eggs on a biscuit) sandwiches, which were *far* better than going to Mickey D's up the road. Service was quick and friendly. Glad we... More

This place was by our hotel, the parking was a nightmare! There are gas pumps in front of the restaurant, additional parking on the west side, long wait to be seated, long wait for food, they had the servers seating people & waiting tables too...fix this Stan! Kelly, our server was polite & friendly..fried chicken was so good..reasonably priced, just... More

Where in America today can you get pork brains and aigs(eggs) for breakfast? And they were good! The brains I mean. Tasted a bit like spam. Good food, friendly service. Cracker Barrel, eat your heart out.

This place is just okay. The food seems like packaged typical restaurant supply stuff? Service is okay. We tried it and that's it. Wouldn't go out of our way to try it again.
