great little unexpected gem!

we love this little place! Easily one of the best restaurants to eat at in Columbia. Not much for ambience, but the sushi and udon bowls more than make up for the simple decor. Linda ( the owner) is a darling and works very hard to make the experience a good one. My family and friends... read more

Surprisingly good Japanese fare in small town Tennessee! The sushi was fresh and good. We also had teriyaki and tempura. The hot tea had a delicious nutty flavor. The portions were huge and our daughter had take out for another meal! The server was friendly and attentive,

Not much choices for Asian restaurants in this small, charming town.. The food is good, sushi is fresh, and service is good. Good for value!

We come here at least once a week. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. The sushi is also very good. We usually order the General Tso's chicken, really good. The portions are large. The box lunches are an excellent choice also. My sister orders the teriyaki steak and loves it. Large menu with lots of choices and reasonable priced.... More

We eat here almost every Friday night. We typically get the food to go but love dining in too. They always remember us and usually what we order. If dining in, son who is very picky will eat here too. (hibachi chicken and can ask for french fries) The fried potstickers are the best!!

Good selection of well prepared sushi and Japanese dishes. Priced right. Plenty of Chinese-Asian oriented dishes for diners that don't know the difference and aren't ready for sushi. Friendly staff. Say "Hi" to Linda. Always remembers you from previous visits which is a nice intangible.

Quite a varied menu, Japanese, Chinese, shushi. Food was delicious. I had Chinese, my son had sushi and compared if favorably to Nashville sushi restraunts.

Fujiama is tucked into a strip mall next to a Krogers, so it's nothing to look at outside. But inside the decor is warm and inviting with high ceilings and cozy booths. I was looking for sushi, but there are lots of standard Chinese dishes and Japanese tempura for the unadventurous. There are standard hand rolls and about ten special... More
