I noticed Ciao Baby a couple weeks ago when I drove into Collierville to do some shopping. Stopped by for a quick lunch and was very pleased. I order one of their lunch specials - margherita pizza and Caesar salad. Came to my table in a matter of minutes. I was told all the ingredients are fresh, the dough made... More

Went for a late lunch - ordered Garlic Knots, Lobster Ravioli, and a big topper pizza. First time there, the ordering process was confusing, but the cashier explained it well - not many patrons there after lunch. The garlic knots weren't very tasty - just no flavor. I've had these at other places and certainly more tasty with more of... More

The pizza here is excellent, made on the spot and served at your table within 2 minutes! You pick the ingredients, all are fresh and the sauce is made daily out or authentic ingredients. The secret is their imported wood burning oven, which is kept at around 900 degrees! Good selection of beer, bottled and on tap. The owners are... More

Adrian makes his dough fresh from scratch everyday using only high-end flour imported from Italy. He makes his own marinara sauce fresh from scratch everyday using only San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy . He even makes his own mozzarella cheese fresh daily using only the very best cheese from Wisconsin. Who does all that anymore? He's a fanatic -... More

I'm from New York and live in Arlington tn for almost 10 years. Me and my family have tried many of the supposened "Italian" restaurants/pizza places around. We heard about Caio baby from our extended family that are also from New York and they informed us that they finally found a restaurant even better than New York. They were not... More

Kids. This is the closest to Italy yet. I spent three years in Italy and have become quite a connoisseur...really. If you're looking for Americanized, i.e, not real Italian pizza - then this won't be your place. No stuffed crust, no pasta bowl bread cholesterol busting dishes, no pile of unchewable mozzarella cheese, no thick, indescribable sauce with who knows... More

Tried it once. Have to have at least one pizza a week here. BEST EVER!!. Their fresh ingredients and outstanding dough and sauce are really the best. I will not eat anyone else's pizza now!

Not happy, you have to stand there for 20 mins just to figure out what they serve. When your order comes it's wrong and that man is the most annoying owner and disgustingly arrogant. I suggest he take his arrogance back where he came from. Your pizza is not that good! Ugh!

Stopped in and had a meatball sandwich and salad for $8.50. Meatballs were just ok, but side salad was fresh and delicious. I saw a few pizza come out and wish I had that instead. They did look really good.
