aptly named

The Spot is just that - the spot for a burger, hot dog, chili, etc. It's just a very comfortable "hole-in-the-wall. Very popular among locals.

Passing from owner to owner over the passed 65 years or so. The spot haslodged it's self into the memories of thousands of people. Locals and visitors have worn out so many seats. The food is average fast food some with a slight twist. The doors are kept open for the memories past.

Walked across the street from a business down town to the Spot restaurant. Walk in and no customers, no big deal. One waitress and one cook. Both seem to be the age of 18-ish. Asked about the breakfast specials and neither one could really answer. Asked for a egg omelette w/ham, cheese, and tomato. Omelette was not pretty by no... More

This place rocks! Been eating here for years and it stays the same. Food greasy, chili the best and the old feel to this place makes you want to come back for more! When you leave make sure to get a shake....unbelievable! Got to love the spot

The food was so so....I thought the price of the food was high for what you received....I ordered a hamburger, if I had known how thick the meat was I wouldn't have order that...

One of the best tasting hamburgers I have had. Medium portioned with fries. Price was good.. Ambiance not bad for an old downtown cafe.

I had been wanting to try the spot for a while. Everyone talked how great it was, maybe my expectations were too much and I was disappointed. Burgers were small but tasty and small portions for sides. I really enjoyed the milk shake, those are a must.

This is a long time establishment. Parking can be difficult due to the location. Good seating and can be a little busy during the lunch hour with local business's close by. I live in this town and visit monthly.

Established in the 1930's I think. Their Hamburgers are basically simple and delicious! The other thing if you are going that you MUST have is one of their cold ice creamish shakes. They have a name that escapes me right now but that and a hamburger and you are good to go. Many Clevelanders have been going there for years.... More
