Excellent food, great service and fantastic surroundings. Won't find a better place in the Chattanooga area.

BHB is without a doubt the best steak restaurant in Cleveland. Okay, so that's not saying much, but I would put BHB up against steak houses in Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, and even Atlanta! The place has a decided western flair, straight from Jackson Hole, WY and great ambiance. So, its a great place from the start... BUT, the steaks are... More

The food used to be great but since the chef retired, to food is mediocre at best. The Crab Bisque used to be the best. Now it is white and watery one time and great on the next visit. I had the Grouper with Shrimp on the last visit and it was horrid. I think it was topped with the... More

We heard about this place and since we were in the area figured we'd stop in for dessert and coffee as we had eaten dinner elsewhere earlier. The restaurant is located in a 80's era plaza next to The Rush....it's awkward to find because it's down a walkway between buildings. We drove around the plaza completely...we could smell the hickory... More

I told him we had 2 people eating gluten-free and asked about the salad dressings. He took time to go in the back and talk to the chef, then tell me what he found... More

They have pretty good food, although with a limited menu it should be good. On the pricey side which is the opposite of what a bistro is supposed to be.

I have eaten many delicious meals at this restaurant. Service has always been attentive and the servers are knowledgeable which is part of the overall dining experience. The food is prepared as requested.... as it should be. The menu offers a broad selection that would appeal to the appetite of most. If you are wanting atmosphere and ambiance then you'll... More
