If you are expecting fancy, elegant and just what you saw in Germany last year, that is not what you will get here. If you are looking for authentic German and Polish dishes with large portions of well prepared and very tasty food coupled with excellent friendly service in a neat and very clean environment at a decent price then... The sign says Its supposed to be German & Polish but this place reminds you of food that you get at a schnellimbiss on the side of the road. If you're thinking authentic "German" food, forget it! The pastries ( some of them) are ok but nothing worthy of a second visit. They didn't even have all the traditional German... More

Okay, so it is not much to look at, but the food was terrific and authentic German/Polish food. The owner is a real gem, very friendly and willing to please. I really have nothing bad to say. I will frequent this place every day I work at Ft. Campbell if possible. Bardzo Dobrze!

My mother and sister and I stopped for a late lunch on May 15, 2013. This was a terrible lunch. I ordered Rouladen. It was tough as shoe leather. I called the waitress over and told her the food was inedible and I wanted to order something else. I was told I could, but I would have to pay for... More

My wife and I had been wanting to stop at this place after reading the reviews here. We finally made and was extremely disappointed. We showed up around 7 pm on a Saturday night and I thought it was odd that it wasn't busy. When we came in there was one man eating alone. He left and we had the... More

Dont judge this restaurant by the size or looks of the building. The food is fantastic and authentic. The portions are very large so either plan on sharing a meal with a friend or taking a doggie bag home. Only criticism is the desserts. They are only "ok" and very pricey - $ 5.99! I will definitely be a regular... More

My father and I came to Clarksville for business. We knew Clarksville had a few German places and wanted to try Edelweiss Cafe. Small little place with GREAT food! We both had Jager Schnitzel. Huge portion of pork cutlet! Red abbage was out of this world! Spatzle was very tender topped with flavorful gravy full of mushrooms and onions. Dessert....well... More

First impression was walking into any coffee shop in the south. Second impression was the prices were very high for the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. After spending 8 years in Germany I would compare the food to any food stand at a Beer Fest.

Love the atmosphere! Small, intimate and inviting. Brought back memories of Germany and even my grandmother's food. We went on Thursday for the goulash and spaetzle. And soon we'll take our friends for lunch too.

Mixed reviews from what people have said about this place. Love me some German food and was not disappointed with this place. It is more a less a mom and pop restaurant from the looks of it. The young lady makes most of the stuff that day and when it is gone while its gone. Lots of good other choices.... More
