I came here to see what the hype was all about and it met my expectations. Our waiter was awesome, friendly, and had a thorough knowledge of the menu. Everyone says that the beer cheese is amazing so we tried it and it was delicious. The atmosphere, beer, food, and service were all top notch. If you're ever in Clarksville,... More

We had a short wait on a Sunday night (I was surprised it was so crowded). When seated, our waiter was very attentive. I ordered the bourbon glazed salmon. It was awesome!! I mean, absolutely delicious!! I can't rave enough about it! I went back the following evening. The menu is extensive enough that you could eat there several nights... More

The beer cheese here is amazing! The only food was okay but the beer cheese made it worthwhile. I went to their bar upstairs with some friends one night and the bartender was completely inattentive. She was too focused on talking to her friends who were at the bar. We were more than willing to continue to drink but couldn't... More

This place is known for it's beers. I don't drink it. LOL.... But the food is amazing and tastes fresh. Everything I've had here has been good, and I'm a tough critic. Steak, burgers, chicken tenders yum. But OMG to the black bean hummus and home made pita and the pizza. I was born and raised in New York City... More

In town for business and checked tripadvisor to see how placed in town rated for dinner. Happy to say that the ratings are spot-on! Great micro brews - had the vanilla ale which I would typically not order but thought why not? Not overpowering but definitely vanilla. Good to try something new. Since I was alone I did not order... I've lived in Clarksville for 10+ years & we don't have a lot of places to eat that aren't chain restaurants. The Blackhorse is by far the best food in town. It's family friendly, & also a nice place to go for an adult-type gathering. I have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. I can't go too long without... More

This place has the BEST pizza! Splurge and get the butter garlic crust. It's totally worth it. I'm not a regular beer drinker, but I always get a cold one here. Blackhorse brews their own, and it's the best that can be found anywhere.

I live here and consider the beer cheese dip an awesome appetizer! Just awesome! Once you are done with that, move onto the flatbread pizza or any of their pizzas, for that matter. The only thing that I'm not really ecstatic about is their beer. It's all brewed there, but I've never been a big fan!

We have eaten here many times and never been disappointed. Lunchtime can be crowded and hurried but we have never been made to feel like that. Service is excellent.
