Ambience and Good price

Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend - Good Friend, Good Recommendation! A weekday lunch with good service, good food and great setting. We had the Black Angus Burger and Fish Tacos and would order both again.

We made reservations for dinner with our elderly parents. We were told we had a tall table on the main level. This would have worked very well as my father has difficulty walking up stairs and standing up out of a regular height chair. When we arrived we were told that the table we had reserved was no longer available... More

We had a rehearsal dinner at Foodworks. The food was amazing! I honestly cannot decide which was better the prime rib, chicken, or trout. The service was good and the deserts were delicious ranging from Peach Cobbler to Carmel. We had loads of kids and they felt more than welcome there. This is an excellent venue for large parties or... More

I've been here a few times since they opened. Pot pie was average. Steak was really, really good, as well as the squash/gnocchi. Breakfast burrito was just average, nothing special about it. The service definitely needs to improve. Our last visit was on Father's Day 2014, after the lunch rush. We arrived with very few people waiting to be seated.... More

My very large family & I had the pleasure of eating at Food Works for our Christmas gathering. They were very accommodating of our big party. Some of the entrees were better than others. My husband got the brisket which was out of this world. Several of us ordered the crab stuffed flounder. While the flounder had very little taste... More

Had a very pleasant business dinner here tonight. It was a slow night at the restaurant which may have helped so the service was attentive but not hovering. Atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We had fried calamari which was very good and seared tuna which was mediocre to start. Two in our party really enjoyed the lasagna and I liked... More

Great service. Even better food. Definitely worth the trip. The salmon was excellent. Blue Cheese dip is wonderful.

Located in an old industrial mill, this is a multi-level restaurant with a cool vibe. The chicken piccata was delicious! Portions are hearty and plated attractively. Our server was knowledgable and friendly. We will make it a point to dine here again

I'll say this, the place was a beautifully restored vintage cotton mill venue. If only the food had been as well attended to as attention to detail on the building itself. I had the marinated porkchop with black eyed peas and a green tomato chow chow bedded on a corn meal waffle. The grilled pork chop was actually pretty good... More

Perhaps I should go again but my husband doesn't like this restaurant and the only time I went was with friends. I found it average. It's next door to a large antique/junk store that's kind of fun to prowl around in before/after if you're having lunch. Don't know what it's like at night. I would recommend checking it out at...
