Fancier than expected

I didn't know it was so fancy but once I got over the fact I was in a tshirt and tennis shoes the restaurant was very enjoyable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I would go back every day.

The service was unreal. Small and intimate atmosphere was great. The food was awesome top to bottom. We had the crawfish and artichoke dip, and an assorted bread and cheese platter. The dip, one word, Delicious. The assorted cheeses were not my cup of tea, but I am not a cheese connoisseur. Three out of the four of us had... More

We had made a reservation at this restaurant for a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, not sure whether the city was going to be busier or quieter than usual. However, although it was pretty quiet, Easy Bistro was humming nicely for a weekend evening and there was an upbeat atmosphere. We started off at the bar for a cocktail... More

Very knowledgeable waiter. Excellent wine and bourbon selection. Nice Ambiance, low lighting ; however Tables were a little to close together in the area we were seated. Started with Crawfish and artichoke dip was ok. Main dishes we had was risotto and duck confit. Both dishes were excellently prepared and very good. Will return.

Absolutely terrific food. From the salad with the champagne dressing to the duck. My taste buds were in overdrive. The only gripe is the wine list is too pricy for this city. Need a broader selection of medium prices wines. Overall a big tip of the hat.

We recently celebrated our anniversary there and WOW... was it Great! We've had very nice brunches there in the past, but had never given the Bistro an opportunity for dinner - what a mistake. The restaurant is gorgeous art deco styling with much black & white and the open floor plan can make it a bit noisy. For dinner we... More

This restaurant never disappoints! Owned by the chef and his wife, the menu is varied and delicious. Our server, Wes, was splendid, explained each dish preparation in detail when we asked, made good recommendations for the wines. The restaurant is very tastefully decorated and has very high ceilings. Building was the original coke bottling plant in Chattanooga…..where bottled coke began,... More

We were there for New Year's Day brunch. Loved the sophisticated black, white, silver themed decor. Started with cocktails and we were delighted by the selection, they all sounded so good! We settled on a cocktail called the Daphne and it was perfect for brunch--kind of tangy, not too sweet. The beignets were light, soft as a cloud, covered in... More

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. The duck was done really well. Our server was attentive and helpful. The wine she recommended was excellent.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants in town whether it was for drinks and apps or dinner. The food quality has gone downhill. The shrimp were very small and other food quality was not their usual high quality....disappointing
