Dined here while visiting Chattanooga. Great service and warm welcome. Server was knowledgeable and answered questions with ease. Also treated me to an aperitif and an amuse bouche. I had the trout which was wonderful. Cocktails were top shelf. Would recommend for a group to try the small plates and for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner.

A rather unexpected surprise of deliciousness! :-) We went for brunch- If there is a wait, start with coffee in the bar area. Then, try the crawfish & artichoke dip for a starter! Yum!!! You can't go wrong with the lobster omelette! It's a little pricy...but a nice way to start the morning! Sit outside if the weather is nice!

We were passing through Chattanooga on a Monday and staying in the area. We called that day and were able to get a reservation. When we got there we were seated immediately. Since we hadn't been to the restaurant before we asked for recommendations from our server. I have to mention that were were interested in the small plates and... More

Come for the oysters, stay for the variety! Great options which change with the season. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable about the fare. I suggest sharing small plates to get a wider variety. Refreshing cuisine.

Trendy spot, and you pay a bit extra for the atmosphere - 5 oz wine pours seemed a bit stingy at those prices. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of oysters and presentation. Creative cocktails were definitely a hit.

The Easy Bistro scores highly on several things, but falls flat on some important items. To wit- we were looking for a place to eat when we spotted the large "Oysters" neon sign out front. We being lovers of oysters, and connoisseurs of the delicious bivalve, decided to give the place a go. It was about 6 pm on a... More

I didn't know it was so fancy but once I got over the fact I was in a tshirt and tennis shoes the restaurant was very enjoyable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I would go back every day.

The service was unreal. Small and intimate atmosphere was great. The food was awesome top to bottom. We had the crawfish and artichoke dip, and an assorted bread and cheese platter. The dip, one word, Delicious. The assorted cheeses were not my cup of tea, but I am not a cheese connoisseur. Three out of the four of us had... More

We had made a reservation at this restaurant for a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, not sure whether the city was going to be busier or quieter than usual. However, although it was pretty quiet, Easy Bistro was humming nicely for a weekend evening and there was an upbeat atmosphere. We started off at the bar for a cocktail... More

Very knowledgeable waiter. Excellent wine and bourbon selection. Nice Ambiance, low lighting ; however Tables were a little to close together in the area we were seated. Started with Crawfish and artichoke dip was ok. Main dishes we had was risotto and duck confit. Both dishes were excellently prepared and very good. Will return.
