Went for a late breakfast/brunch on Sunday with a group of 6. We waited only 10 minutes, which was good. It's right next to the river, with a big green space in between. Good outside eating area, but we ate inside. Cute inside. It took a while for someone to come by to get drink orders, but were nice. I... More

Waited for some time not sure why. Many vacant tables but maybe not enough servers! Once seated one server started for another then found out he was our server!?! I gave an average because service once sorted out was average. COLD potato chip fries with cheese burgers and the children had over cooked fries! WOULD NOT RETURN, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.... More

Had breakfast at the blue plate located next to the beautiful Tennessee River. The restaurant is spacious. It has great seating especially if your with a crowd due to the round table seating that is available. Bar type seating is available for couples. Great pancakes. Note however that the short stack pancakes is plenty, two large and thick pancakes with... More

After touring the Aquarium, we needed a place to eat. We chose the Blue Plate because of its menu, prices, selection, and proximity to the Aquarium. My husband and I split the Chicken and Pancake. It was good with the maple syrup. Other family members had Shrimp and Grits and Salad. Everything was good. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere... More

it's so lovely to enjoy a great meal and refreshing beverages in a place that's also kid-friendly! the expansive green lawn between this restaurant and the river allowed our little guys to run around while we watched them from the patio, beverages in hand! well-rounded menu included lots of locally-sourced options, everything was delicious and our service was great too.

Food was good. Fried pickles were great! Gets really busy, but you don't have to wait if you sit outside on the bar side, left side as you face restaurant.

Sure, it's not the cheapest breakfast in town but they serve a full menu plus a bar. Bloody Mary's! Great food, great service and close to the Aquarium.

The service was good... The drinks were not good... They were weak. And the food was only what I would call "okay"... Sorry but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... We ordered a lemon drop shot and got a Smirnoff...

We've been here several times and it really does depend on the day. Some visits the food is on point and the service is good. Sometimes the food and service are lacking.

Expensive, very limited breakfast selection. We order fathead biscuit and gravy with bacon.......horrible close to $8.00. One biscuit with very little gravy. My biscuit was so dry it exploded upon impact, southern biscuits are not yellow, I could not tell you what ingredient made this biscuit. I asked for the manager he would not come talk to us. Told the... More
