My favorite coffee place in Chattanooga so far

I've tried several coffee shops in town and this is my favorite so far. The coffee and snacks are great and the outside seating is wonderful. The combination of good coffee and relaxing atmosphere draw me back to this place time after time.

This patio coffee shop is nestled among art galleries and museums on the bluff of the Tennessee River. The autumn sunshine was as warm as the friendships enjoyed here. I return every chance I get to soak in the views and the ambience of the neighborhood!

So sad, but I cannot recommend what once was a great place to share. We waited forever and received stale desserts. When we alerted the staff, they apologized and disappeared for another 15 minutes. We finally decided to leave and asked once again about getting a fresher slice of cake. We received another stale piece of cake undoubtedly from the... More

Came back to town after a few years to visit. Loved this coffee shop before but this time the place has lost some luster. Had the chicken salad sandwich. Kinda plain compared to what is being offered elsewhere. The windows and door glass needed some cleaning as it was smudged and fogged. Still a busy shop. Park along the street... More

We ate lunch here on Friday, October 23. It is the perfect place for lunch offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor was our preference and it was exceptional. So, is the food. Sandwiches, soups and a wide array of desserts are all tempting. The area is exceptional, the Bluff View art district. It is also located very close... More

Do NOT go here if you are on a diet!!!! LOL AWESOME!! We could not decide on one pastry so my husband and I chose 2 EACH as well as coffee. After eating at Tony's we walked across to Rembrandt's and purchased items to take back to our B&B. So yummy!!!!

We stayed at the Bluff View Inn, and rather than driving out of the "district" we opted to have dinner in the complex. The wait for Tony's was almost an hour & it was already after 7, so we went to Rembrandt's for a light dinner. My 1st overall impression was that they seemed disorganized. The person taking our order... More

Busy first thing in the morning. Lots of customers for take-away coffee and pastries. Some arrive early and take over a table for 4 so they can slowly drink one coffe while cluttering the table with computer, newsprint, notebooks - that is, they won't share the table. A usual breakfast option is a plain omelette egg on bread of choice... More

My wife and I had a so-so lunch today at Rembrant's. The Tomato-Artichoke soup was okay, but hardly worth $5. Their side of pimento-cheese was terrible. They need to had more mayo to make it moist and spreadable. The Buffalatto sandwich was okay, but for about $8 I would expect a little more substance between the bread. A couple was... More

We eagerly stopped here as part of our visit to the neighborhood. Dinner at Tony's, desert here. A fresh cookie and coffee was the plan. The cookie was good but nothing special for a top of the line price. The coffee was expected to be good and did not live up to the desire. It would have been cheaper and... More
