This is kind of a landmark place in Chattanooga, and it deserves its reputation--at least for the food and the location. The views are not spectacular, but they are nice, and the location makes outdoor dining an attractive option. The house-made pasta was very good, properly cooked, served hot and in substantial portions. The other mains were good, but the... More

Love this restaurant! My husband had lasagna. I had grilled salmon salad. We both loved our meals! Highly recommend. Beautiful setting in art district.

Every time we're in Chattanooga, we have to eat at Tony's. Some family members have even driven to Chattanooga from Atlanta just to eat at Tony's. Is it the best meal I've ever had? No, but it is very good. The fresh bread with whole garlic cloves would be enough for me. The service that we have had has been... More

I wasent impressed really. Nothing special about the place and the service was borderline terrible! The waiter just kept "peeping" at us from around the corner. Didnt come to the table much at all! The table was all wonky too, and rocked back and forth. Didnt make my dinning experience any better! The food wasnt bad, just average. I expected... More

Meal was so so. Calamari was tasty but like chewing rubber bands. Wife's carbonara was bland. We had good service from staff and wait time for meal was quick. Walking around area outside of Tonys was nice.

Hotel staff recommended this place and had given us a 10 percent coupon. Would go again for sure. Great staff and location. Try the calamari it is some of the best we have had in a while. Lobster ravioli was very good as was my partners salad. Nice atmosphere. I would not consider it romantic at all but fun trendy... More

Tony's is casual and does not take reservations. We arrived early and were seated immediately. Four of us enjoyed a variety of appetizers and homemade pasta. Be sure to save room for the bread! We had planned to have dessert but dinner portions were so generous we could not even think about dessert! If you like Italian, visit Tony's. A... More

I've eaten at Tony’s many times and I alternate between the Lasagna (which I think is well above average, if to great) and other dishes. As usual, the meal starts with bread and olive oil that is chock full of parmesan and garlic. The bread has a touch of sourdough flavor. Not true Italian, as we think of it, but... More

Our food was delicious but it was difficult to enjoy with the noisy children running around. They weren't crying, just rambunctious, climbing on chairs, hiding in the wait station, etc... Our server was visibly annoyed as well, management should have intervened.

Excellent Italian food with plenty of options at a reasonable price. The location in downtown Chattanooga's art district adds to the experience.
