Great Food Poor Service

I have been going to Bea's for over 20 years but the last three times I went, the service left much to be desired. The food is great and it is all put on the table so you don't really need much service. When we went today, we received our food promptly but the server failed to bring refills on... read more

A friend had recommend this restaurant and on Wednesday, March 11 I had the opportunity to try it out. My wife, daughter, and grandson had lunch at Bea's. There was fried chicken, breasts and spicy wings, pork bar b que, and an array of vegetable. It was a buffet that is served lazy Susan style. Everything was really good and... More

Suggested by a friend, and it was all he said it was. The southern (country) food was very good and I loved the self serve lazy-Susan. We enjoyed the dinner conversation with our table mates. What a cool find in Chattanooga. I'll certainly be returning when I'm next in town.

Our family was visiting from Canada, and we took them here. It was a great choice! The fried chicken is the best, and it keeps on coming! My sister loved the yeast rolls and cornbread. Potato salad, cole slaw, pinto beans, sweet potatoes, peas, barbecue, salisbury steak, and new potatoes ensured nobody left hungry! Try it!

What a terrific find. Well worth the small distance away from the main area. (DONT be concerned about the location!!) Superb country cookin'. You sit family style and they just start bringing the food until you holler quit! They've been there since 1950s and they know what they are doing. Friendly (entertaining!) staff.

All you can eat served at a lazy Susan table. This is a must eat place in Chattanooga. Fried chicken, barbeque, banana pudding and strawberry cobbler, etc

Been coming here since I was in a high chair. Its unlike any other resturant around. You meet and eat at lazy susan with strangers who might just become your new best friends. The fried chicken here is hands down the best in the world.

I've been going to Bea's since I was a little kid. We went to Chattanooga every year for a Family reunion and it was tradition to go to Bea's for at least one dinner with a bunch of the relatives! It is still our tradition....Good food, good times, pleasant atmosphere.

A all you care to eat restaurant where you get some of the best greasy homecooking food around. If it ain't like your mom cooked, then you had the wrong mom. Good food, great price, and great service.

Great food! It is rare to find a place to eat with a table full of strangers, and leave with new friends after shareing a great southern style family meal! All the food was wonderful, but leave room for desert !
