This was our third visit and we will go back again. We sat at the bar for lunch. The selection of craft brews is excellent. The beer was the coldest I've ever had on tap. The shrimp and grits were fabulous. My son loved the bacon mac n cheese. Don't miss this place!

So, the trick in irdering to go us, if they don't get it right, they can't fix it. So when the kid ordered Kobe Sliders with ketchup, and there is no ketchup on the burgers or in the bag, it just can't be perfect. The services was friendly, and the other meals: mac&cheese, chicken and meatloaf were all great. And... More

We're local and have visited this place many times over the years, but this visit showed us another side of this establishment. Big River downtown is located in an old renovated bus barn with high ceilings, old brick and wood. The restaurant is located in between a smaller bar & overflow dining and a larger bar area with pool tables,... More

We were in Chattanooga for the night and this looked like an interesting place so we stopped in. They were offering a cold smoked salmon served medium rare which both my wife and I love, but unfortunately neither of our salmons were served medium rare. This made the salmon dry and killed what would have otherwise been an excellent dinner.... More

A beautiful restaurant and easily some of the best mac and cheese EVER (Chicken Bacon Mac and Cheese). My friend said his burger was one of the best he'd ever had, too!

Visited relatives in the hospital and needed a break. The staff were caring and very informative. We tried some of the craft beers, and my favorite was the "high flyer" which was similar to a corona and absolutely devine. Our bartender recommended this based on my love for Corona, of which of course at a brewery they didn't have. Well... More

My wife and I ate dinner here while in Chattanooga celebrating our 20th anniversary. Excellent place. Beautiful interior with high ceilings. Service was great. Food was delicious...I ordered the salmon with mashed potatoes and seasoned veggies and my wife had the Hawaiian chicken with rice and veggies. The piece of carrot cake we ordered for dessert was huge...more than the... More

My friend and I came to Chattanooga for a weekend. We ate here for dinner and it was delicious. The dragon fruit strawberry mojito was amazing! We split a salad and the chicken nachos and were impressed! The jalapeño ranch dressing was very good and the nachos cheesy and tasty. Put this on your list!

My boyfriend and I were in Chattanooga last June and we had lunch here. The hot day called for a light meal, just a salad and a beer... the salads (seared tuna and avocado for me, chicken and bacon for my boyfriend) were gargantuan and super tasty, the beer was also very good, I had the house brand I.P.A. The... More
