Had supper with my girlfriend, mom, dad, aunt, and uncle before a concert at the Hixson, TN location. The mixed drinks had 0% alcohol in them. The steaks were way smaller than what we ordered. Salads had MAYBE 2 tablespoons of dressing on them and were ridiculously small themselves. If you asked for ketchup you get the same tablespoon dose... More

As retirees, we typically enjoy at least one or two overnight getaways monthly. We chose Chattanooga this visit because it was close and we needed to get back in time for Thanksgiving preparations. We normally like this particular Outback location but tonight was a fiasco. Within minutes of being seated, the hostess seated a couple with three small, very loud... More

Visited on a Saturday night. Business was brisk but we only waited about 15 minutes for a table. Food was good. Service was a little inconsistent. Had to wait on several items....silverware, bread, appetizer plates, condiments. This won't prevent us from visiting again however might impact the servers tip if it happened again.

Sat at the bar and ordered 3 appetizers and all came out at the same time as requested. Great service from the bartender. Only complaint was the shrimp appetizer the dish was a little cold and shrimp kinda small. I was first going to go to the Red Lobster next door but passed on it when I noticed the Outback.... More

They honor happy hour prices in the restaurant, so you can enjoy a low cost drink at your table. Great service too.

We enjoyed the meal we had here. Our server was great. We never wanted for anything. We ate supper on the patio and it was great.

Josh was our waiter. He was not overly friendly, but professional. Served us plenty of bread and the beverages. Food was very good.

An ok, but not great meal. The blooming onion was undercooked and my ribeye was tough at medium rare. Staff was friendly if not attentive. Compared to most other Outbacks I have dined at in the chain this one missed the mark.

We always eat at Outbacks when travelling in the USA because we enjoy their food and they have a great gluten-free menu. However, on this occasion we were a little disappointed. It seemed rather expensive for what we had and the ribs weren't as succulent as they usually are.

After being disappointed with the Red Lobster shrimp special we decided to try the Outback offering. We tried the 6 oz steak with the endless shrimp. We arrived at 11:39 on Sunday, were seated immediately. Service was prompt and excellent. The steak was a generous 6 oz and was perfectly cooked to order. The shrimp was fresh, tasty and very...
