Stumbled upon this quaint little place by accident. A few tables inside to hold about 12 people max. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Chattanooga area.

This is possibly going to be my shortest review to date. Why? In the case of Taqueria Jalisco, there truly is no review that can do this restaurant justice. There is something very rare and magical that happens when "EVERYTHING JUST WORKS" in a culinary experience, and that is exactly what occurred when my wife and I visited Taqueria Jalisco.... More

We tried the chips and salsa and they were great. We had the chorizo, al pastor, and shrimp tacos. All were amazing, fresh, and one of my favorite tacos of all time especially the chorizo. We wanted to go back before we flew out but they were closed on Sundays. Would love a taco right now from there. Yum

This place is a real hidden gem. Most of the locals still don't know about it... but the ones who do, visit frequently.

After reading the reviews I thought that I would try this place out today and was somewhat disappointed. I ordered the chips and salsa ($3.00) and a burrito ($7.00) and a large Arizona Ice Tea ($1.75). The chips were cold, although the salsa wasn't too bad, the burrito was ok and was big in size; now for us TRUE southerners,... More

I recently went here on a Friday night with a friend. It is extremely small inside but there is enclosed outdoor seating with a heater so it is all seasons. Jorge is a very nice young man and promptly took our orders. We ordered guacamole which came quickly. It was fresh but a small portion and no different from any... More

I loved this place when I lived in Chattanooga. After living several yrs in TX I had gotten spoiled to good mexican food which most of TN is seriously lacking. This place was as good as what I used to get in TX. The chips and salsa are yummy and the flautas were amazing. The place is a tiny hole... More

This is food you won't get anywhere else in chattanooga. Truly fresh and tasty. Small in space but gives it a unique feel. Love the owner. I let him choose a dish for me and it was incredible. Lot's of vegetarian options and the guacamole is great. Prices are reasonable.
