This restaurant is more like a bar, with neon signs and memorabilia on the ceiling and walls. However, the service was good during a lunch time Friday when it was very crowded. We were seated, served, and finished in less than an hour. The menu primarily is fried chicken or similar, but the food was good.

We went with a party of 7- including 2 kids. No one left hungry or unhappy. The chicken was moist, the skin was oh so crisp and delicious. I wanted just a bowl of it to eat!!! Must try the hushpuppies- very very good. Down home food with a relaxed family friendly atmosphere.

Friday night is quite a scene here--happy friendly locals all drinking 40 ounce Buds. We sat at the counter to avoid the line, and had the best fried chicken ever..along with 6 "Delta Tamales" which are your basic small beef tamales, but tasty. In lieu of the 40 ounce Buds, we got two of the many other beers they had... More

Hands down, the absolute best fried chicken. We had a table of 6 with a toddler and they were very accommodating. The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also had the sausage appetizer that had pickles and pepper jack cheese pieces. They put their special seasoning on the appetizer as well. It seemed like some sort of chili spice... More

Came on the advice of trip adviser. Was not disappointed! Hot fried Chicken! Really good and it came out fast. I would tell everyone to stop in if they are going through Chattanooga.

Really good southern fried chicken. Everything else that is fried on the menu is just as good. Love the tamales too! Try it all, you can't go wrong.

I went here with a few coworkers for lunch and was surprised. They are known for their chicken and for good reason. It's got good flavor and is juicy. Definitely will be taking friends and family here when they come down for a visit.
