A cold wait

We were in Chattanooga to find a place to live for our upcoming move. Before leaving we wanted to try breakfast at Bluegrass Grill. We arrived to be greeted by a line of 10 to 12 people standing on the sidewalk outside the restaurant. Oh, and it was in the mid 30s. Half an hour later we finally... read more

My out of town work group visited this spot for an early breakfast before work. I would rate the food as good, but nothing spectacular. My omelet was tasty, but basic. I had the fresh fruit and 5 grain toast as my side. Again, good, but nothing spectacular. My colleges felt the same. I would have given a higher rating... More

If I could only have one breakfast for the rest of my life, Joan Marie's Special Omelette might just be it! Laid back ambiance with bunches of love added to every meal. By the way, our waitress, Taylor, was perfect.

It's hard to describe this sweet little restaurant! Exposed brick, nicest staff ever, delicious food, local atmosphere, artistic street, BEST BISCUITS EVER... And they are whole wheat! DELICIOUS!!! You'll be glad you go!! Now, to get the hang of the place... If you go during a busy time, chances are you will see a line! Don't get nervous. :-) It's... More

Right around the corner from the Chattanooga Choo Choo in a up and coming neighborhood. This place had some creative and tasty breakfast dishes. The line was out the door, however, the wait went quickly especially for those who are willing to share a table with other willing strangers. We went from 10th in line to seated right away with... Had a great menu that included some feature you do not see on many breakfast menus. Had to wait be well worth the wait. Servers were business but very nice and took good care of us.

We ate here for breakfast. Only had a 20 minute wait or so, and it was totally worth it. I've heard their wait can get really long, so make sure you factor that into your plan. But definitely dont get discouraged as this is probably the best breakfast place in town.

Loved the atmosphere of this family owned resturant. All of the staff worked together to take care of this busy place during breakfast hours! The Omelets are delicious and the ingredients were all very fresh. Our fruit was very good. All the bread is homemade and was delicious! So worth having to wait in line to get a seat.

My son was passing through town on business...the three guys shared an early breakfast. Early A.M. short wait for table. Everyone ordered a different breakfast special....excellent food...service was very good. The wait time is well worth it. Breakfast is among the best in town.
