Another wonderful place in Chattanooga. Must just be the town. The service here was above par- very polite and attentive. We originally sat at the bar and the bartender made some really amazing drinks. We then moved to the table in the bar area (we were having so much fun there). It was dark and romantic. They also played nice... More

This is a must do in Chattanooga. This place is truly unique and the food is amazing. I had the gnocchi which is the 2nd best I have ever had after Rome. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food is clean, seasoned, and delicious.

The exterior eating area is quite nice, it is visible from the main st, however, mostly private with vines growing upward to the roofline. The food was pretty good but as many resteraunts, just too salty. The pricing is abit above what it should be. The decor is much like much of the areas public spaces with a lean on... More

I was impressed by the menu and variety of appetizers, soups, salads and entrees offered. I'm a foodie, and this is definitely my kind of restaurant. Even though it's "Italian", there is absolutely something for everyone. The menus change frequently, maybe daily? I had the best, most tender pork shoulder with vegetables and a balsamic reduction. My friend had the gulf... More

We had reservations on a Saturday night. It is a must for a party of 12! Walking up to the building, we were intrigued by the front door and gas lanterns. We were excited to see what this place offered. We were seated in the middle of the floor at one of their long tables, sharing a table with a... More

Loved this little spot. Sat in the outdoor seating area and it was very nice. Our server was great. We had a party of four on a Saturday night and all went great. We had the Calamari (great) Bacon Wrapped Dates (Very Nice) and the Ricotta Bruschetta (Fabulous). Entrees ordered were Salmon, Quail, Duck and the Risotto. All in all... More

This was my first visit to Alleia and I'm afraid I wasn't as impressed as everyone else. First of all, I know that this is an upscale Italian restaurant and that most people probably order wine to drink with dinner; but I'm a southern gal that needs her sweet tea with her meal out. There was no sweet ice tea,... More

My husband and I were enjoying our anniversary spending time traveling through Mentone, Alabama, ending up in Chattanooga. We wanted to eat Italian food, and since we've already been at Tony's (which I've also rated), we decided to try Alleia. And I am so glad we did! We called ahead of time for a reservation (for 2) to be seated... More

Completely disappointed. We walked in with reservations made 2 weeks in advance for a somewhat private dinner experience for my husband's bday. From the time we walked in, and there was no hostess in sight for 15 minutes, to the very much not private dining table between 2 loud groups, to the not so impressive food...I'm shocked that this place... My name is Nate Cannon, and I am the general manager of Alleia. First, I want to apologize for your experience Saturday night. We dropped the ball, and I'm not going to try to excuse it. I'm so honored that you chose our restaurant to celebrate your husband's birthday, and I know the experience wasn't up to either of our... More
