Cool place

A good restaurant in Chattanooga - but away from the main part of town near the river where many go. This is a nice place. The short ribs rock. Its got a lively feel to it with big table and community-like seating in places. The Italian dishes are also delightful. Go early or very late on the... read more

We eat here regularly and made a reservation days in advance for dinner with friends. They overbooked and called 2.5 hours before we were to arrive to offer me the overflow room which resembles the high school cafeteria. As someone who frequents the Chattanooga area, and Alleia, this was very disappointing and unprofessional. I realize it is very disappointing and... More

We were extremely happy with the service and the food at Alleia. We started with the mussels, which came in a sauce that was flavorful, but much lighter than expected. My wife had the pork shoulder which was rich, moist, tender, with potatoes and cabbage that were just as tasty. I had the angel hair pasta that had far more... More

My daughter is a local and chose Alleia for her birthday dinner. Absolutely beautiful inside and our waiter was great in describing the food, and making drink recommendations. Food was amazing! We sat inside but would love to go back and eat on their patio after dark. Looked so nice!

Love, love, love Alleia. Excellent food- ordered calamari for the appetizer- very tender, perfectly cooked. Pork shoulder for my entree- so tender, you hardly needed a fork to separate the meat. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return.

My hubby and I met an old friend here. We used to live in Chartanooga, but haven't been here for s few years, so what a surprise to see the transformation of Main Street. Alleia is contemporary and has a beautiful shaded patio, for evening al fresco dining. I had skinny Mohitos which were delicious, and the wine and beer selection... More

My husband and I went here after a recommendation from our tour guide at the Tennessee Stillhouse. We went right at 5 when they opened and didn't have a reservation. The service was great, the food even better. We had king salmon, ravioli, risotto, calamari, and a complimentary watermelon sorbet for our honeymoon! Everything was amazing! We had a neat... More

This restaurant was recommended by our adult children. It met the high rating they gave Alleia. Our service was attentive but not overbearing. The mussel appetizer was wonderful. The entire meal was perfect for our date night in Chattanooga. Had a wonderful bottle of wine and took Uber home. I left my wrap on the booth seat. I called that... More

We have eaten at Allelia many times and this last visit was again excellent. We went without reservations but was able to get a seat in the patio. Even though it was hot outside the patio was cool enough to enjoy. Our wrings, food and service were up to their usual excellent quality. Still the best in Chattanooga in my... More

I was very impressed with the inside of the restaurant, it reminded me of a church you would see in Italy! The setting was very romantic and the staff were all very professional and helpful. We started with the calamari and grilled romaine, both were amazing! I asked our waiter to choose a main course for me and my husband... More
