I do not understand those people that through themselfs in chain restaurants.... Chattanooga has a couple of high quality local restaurants at an affordable price. Osso buco with polenta, one of the best pork shoulders I've ever tasted ($19) are reasons enough to visit this place. Polite and impecable service (Loran?) Nice modern decoration, long tables for big groups.... Definitely... More

Dining at Alleia is living the good life. Understated on the outside, you walk into the warm candle-lit glow of an herb-and wood-fire atmosphere with a backdrop of original artwork, gas lamps, and urban rustic chic. Manager Nate Cannon and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and stylish. The chef-driven menu with hand-crafted pastas, Neapolitan style pizza, roasted vegetable dishes and... More

Traveling to Chattanooga for the first time to visit with life long friends, I was curious to see what this town - just some an hour away from Greenville by plane but some 4 hours of horrendous driving via ATL had to offer. The downtown district has a great river front and they are doing their best to follow the... More

Another wonderful place in Chattanooga. Must just be the town. The service here was above par- very polite and attentive. We originally sat at the bar and the bartender made some really amazing drinks. We then moved to the table in the bar area (we were having so much fun there). It was dark and romantic. They also played nice... More

This is a must do in Chattanooga. This place is truly unique and the food is amazing. I had the gnocchi which is the 2nd best I have ever had after Rome. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food is clean, seasoned, and delicious.

The exterior eating area is quite nice, it is visible from the main st, however, mostly private with vines growing upward to the roofline. The food was pretty good but as many resteraunts, just too salty. The pricing is abit above what it should be. The decor is much like much of the areas public spaces with a lean on... More

I was impressed by the menu and variety of appetizers, soups, salads and entrees offered. I'm a foodie, and this is definitely my kind of restaurant. Even though it's "Italian", there is absolutely something for everyone. The menus change frequently, maybe daily? I had the best, most tender pork shoulder with vegetables and a balsamic reduction. My friend had the gulf... More

We had reservations on a Saturday night. It is a must for a party of 12! Walking up to the building, we were intrigued by the front door and gas lanterns. We were excited to see what this place offered. We were seated in the middle of the floor at one of their long tables, sharing a table with a... More
