My husband and I arrived on Tuesday afternoon for the August Nascar race and decided to try Fishtales Pigtales Cafe. The host, waitress and owner/manager (not sure) were all extremely friendly and nice. I had a seafood platter of scallops, catfish nugget, and blue crab cake. My husband had the buffalo chicken tenders. He was very happy with his chicken... More

Service here has always been really good but the food quality has gone downhill. When they first opened up all the food was excellent. We would visit here atleast once a week. Once they started their buffet, the quality was awful! Chicken was always burnt, fish was never cooked through and the salad was always brown or wilted. After so... More

My mother and I went on Friday May 16th, 2014. We got there by 12:15pm right in what should have been the Lunch hour to make sure we didn't the "leftovers" at a later hour. There was no lettuce or little else to make a salad. The mother said the corn tasted like it was straight out of a can.... More

The atmosphere is dated; it feels like it was last decorated in the 1950s. It is a huge restaurant, but surprisingly hardly anyone was there for Sunday night dinner. The food is good and served in large quantities. The entree comes with a big salad, plus a side. My scallops were bland and luke warm, and my veggie kebabs were... More

A good find Bristol! Hush puppies were very good! Hubby LOVED the Catfish! The jumbo fried shrimp were done well. Like the fried corn on the cob!

Great food, great service, great prices. Known for their great seafood dishes and barbeque plus their fresh, never frozen chicken.

Mediocre food. I think they boil their ribs and then just put bbq sauce on them. I'm a snob when it comes to bbq and should have known better when I didn't smell any smoke outside. The calabash shrimp was good but nothing special. They did have tiny hushpuppies that were tummy.

No real atmosphere. Food is good, not great and portions are large. Moderately priced but not cheap, by any means.
