We used to go here fairly often. Food was good and had happy hour prices for beer and cocktails. Then they "improved", remodeled, re-branded...whatever. So we thought we would see whats is new. Dissapointed. Happy hour prices are gone. Food was marginal. I ordered fish and shrimp. Fish barely done (two small pieces) and shrimp was heavily breaded and overcooked....

Our party of 7 was quoted a 45 minute wait on Easter Sunday at approx 11:30. We expected that and were pleasantly surprised when it was only 30 minutes. Everyone was hustling to handle the crowds coming in and yet we never felt rushed when seated or during our meal. 3 of us had prime rib which we felt was...

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We decided to try the peach pie for desert. By far the best peach pie I ever tasted. In fact,...

If you are in Brentwood and looking for a good and reasonable place to take the family, this is the best. The staff is great. You can always feel at home and expect good food and a reasonable price.

We went here on a Saturday night so we had to wait about 10 minutes for seating. The food was delicious and our waiter was really friendly. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere, we would recommend this restaurant for dining.
I like this place, but it is chain food. The atmosphere is kind of sterile but it's reliable. I like it better than Chili's.
The staff was knowledgeable about gluten allergies and brought an allergen chart for us to look at. The waiter made sure our food was kept separate on the grill. Great tasting food and excellent service.
This was my first time at O'Charley's and the place was very busy on a Tuesday night. Fairly extensive menu with lots of choices. Chicken tortilla soup was very good. Had the grilled salmon and it was okay but not great being a little dry and overdone. Went back for lunch the next day. Did just the Spinach chicken salad....
