We have eaten here many times and keep hoping the next visit will be a good one. For each good visit there is a very average one

Wild Iris serves creative dishes in a compact space with a lively bar as well. Sat down early for our reservation and promptly ordered apps and main dishes. Excellent bread with oil brought to the table. Then had the pork belly with Asian sauce that was very good. Salad contained everything fresh. Blackened shrimp with grits was an interesting combination.... More

Having frequented this restaurant for over 12 years for lunch as well as dinner, this is probably one of those with just slightly more pluses than minuses. The minuses: minuscule portions of fresh starch less vegetables with an entree (three pencil thin asparagus for example). Sort of skinflinty in a place like this. Salads tend to be a little on... took parents both with walkers. Very accommodating. Food excellent, served at a nice pace. Wine delicious, also brought a bottle of non-alcoholic wine for one of the party. Was served as if it was the real thing. Thank you.

Good food, good service and an interesting atmosphere. My husband had a squash soup and lamb shanks. Both had a good basis, but we're lacking seasoning. I had wild mushroom ravioli which was delicious, although a little heavy on the sauce. All in all a pleasant meal at a reasonable price.

Small but complete menu. Excellent service. Prepared and presented well. Try the Creme Brûlée. Had the wild mushroom stuffed ravioli. Was very tasty but small portion filled out with assorted greens and vegetables. Nice place worth a second visit.

My wife and I had eaten at Wild Iris once before and was impressed by their salads and seafood. The chef did not disappoint again - this time with the steak, tomato soup, and bread pudding. If you are looking for something different, and for some unique sauces and flavors, all at a reasonable price, Wild Iris fits the bill.

My family of 5 dined here recently, based on online recommendations, and we were not disappointed! We would definitely return. We were seated immediately, and the attention we received throughout the meal was spot-on. We had appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. The Mediterranean plate and frog legs appetizers were very good, as were our salads. For entrees, we had the... More

After having trouble finding the place we were disappointed after reading the reviews. We decided on fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. We were expecting a plate of tomatoes and what arrived was one and a half slices, which were cut in half at the cost of $9.00. They were yummy but way over priced. We left after the appetizer.
