Nice spot, good menu

Came here on a business lunch and found it to be a nice experience. Large and varied menu and based on the feedback from my party, everyone enjoyed the food. I had the BBQ on cornbread which was delicious. Worth a trip if you're in the area.

Go and check out the Spinach salad AND you have to try the fried pickles. I have to say I was a bit hesitant because of the varsity thinking how can one place be good at such a variety but let me tell you it was all good. Though the fried pickles were a bit overpriced the rest of the... More

We have been to this location many times in the last few years with varying results. The catfish basket always pleases my husband but even he will admit that the fish is a little 'earthy'. They do a good job of blackening...strong but not bitter or burned. At least half the problem is the wait staff. Just yesterday we were... More

This location is a huge cabin built from salvaged logs from the Northwest. It is a great enviroment. They have great food and a fine selection of beers. Sportsman's has something for any taste, and it is all good.

My husband visited this place for the first time today. The food was AMAZING! I had the walleye & he had the pork chop - yummy! I didn't use my tartar sauce as it would have ruined the amazing flavor. Not many restaurants offer walleye which is a favorite of mine. I have had it fresh caught from the lakes... More

If you enjoy the noise and crowds in sports bars, this is the place to be! Lots of TV's, noisy patrons including large families and friends meeting friends. Service is good, food is better than average - burgers are consistently good and fried perch baskets are popular. Usually lots of kids, who love the noise and parents who are happy... More

Love the food and the atmosphere. Big fireplaces. Rustic decor. My favorite is the barbecue and cornbread. Better than most bbq restaurants. And I love their deep fried pickles as an appetizer. I am a healthy eater but this is my treat every so often... instead of dessert. Highly recommend for both large groups and just couples on date night.

Fun place to grab a burger. Make sure you tell them how you want it cooked. The server didn't ask and I forgot to say. It was still delicious. Substitute the onion rings for the fries. I heard the fries were a little on the soggy side. Overall a fun, tasteful meal. I would go back.

I had been going to the Sportsman's Grille and Lodge for years. I always had a good experience and meal. I often would recommend them to people at my work since it was in the area. Everything changed yesterday when I went in for lunch. I walked in a little after 1 p.m. and ( following the signs) I waited... More
