I guess you have to stop

Not the greatest root beer float I have ever had. It's an unashamedly obviously tourist trap. Fun place to stop and look at. Good place to take your kids too. The coconut pie is pretty nice.

EVERYONE said "you HAVE to go there". Well, maybe I am an old fogey........this place has to be the BEST TOURIST TRAP I have ever seen. We weren't inside the door 5 steps and there was a big display of cow patty appearing frisbees. My wife picked one up to buy for our grandson who would have gotten some laughs... More

Try the biscuits and gravy, it is awesome. My daughter also had a donut then after sharing the first one with her sisters went back for another. Can't get any better than a 5 cent cup of coffee also.

We decided to lunch here while exploring the vast Wall Drug Store. We tried the buffalo dogs. They were pretty good--a little gamey, but we'd never had buffalo before. The cafe is large and busy, but seems to be well organized and efficient.

We had coffee and the biggest piece of cherry pie here that was ohhh so good! They advertise that you can get 5 cent coffee, and they actually do have it. Although we didn't have dinner here, their meals were very hearty and according to the diners next to us "very good"

This was a good place to stop for ice cream and rest after going through the Badlands. A good selection of gift items.

My wife and I both had the buffalo burger which was very good. One of the better burgers I had while in the area. My daughters had the chicken tenders and 1/4 hot dog, both which were good also. Prices are the same compared to other places. Of course my girls tried a doughnut while I went for the cherry... More

I love stopping by Wall Drug for lunch when Im in Western South Dakota. I always eat the same thing. A buffalo burger and fries. Just my tradition I started a few years ago. If you've never been please put this on your list of places to go. The staff were extra friendly on this last trip. Don't forget to... More

Just a huge area, covering a block, mostly just selling tourist type items. There was a cafeteria styled restaurant that was very crowded and noisy. We ended up eating across the street, but the food there was not good and the service was terrible.

You might as well try out the cafe if you're here! My boyfriend went all out and had a slice of cherry pie and the 5 cent coffee. He said it tasted pretty good, and wasn't disappointed. The decor is interesting and western-esque with many paintings to match the theme.
