I've been eating here at least once a month for over 30 years, and it is always a great experience. Get a maple doughnut!! I love the nostalgia and atmosphere, and the food is consistently good. One downside is that in recent years they have started hiring some pretty rude foreign exchange students who clearly don't know how people in... More

This was a very interesting place to visit. The food was so-so. The cookies were the best part of the meal. I would definitely say that a visit to Wall Drug is quite an adventure and well the time spent.

We got there about 90 minutes prior to closing. We browsed the shops and that was fun, and the Bison Burger was delicious. The staff was a bit surley, but it was late and we were expeditiously served. I wonder why the staff was predominantly east European? Anyway, we had a fun time and were glad we went out of... More

As with many, we stopped at Wall Drug mainly because of the hype. It's a fun place to kill a little time. We arrived at lunch time, and made the café our first stop. I ordered a chicken caesar salad, which is usually a pretty safe bet. It was not good, my speculation is that the chicken was boiled instead... More

Two words: don't bother! Two eggs and toast. How can you eff that up? Well they can't cook either over easy eggs or toast. And then you will pay 5$ for this mess. The free donut for Veterans was at least a day old plain stale cake donut. The only thing keeping this review from being a minus one is... More

A unique place. Service was excellent. Fun place to just browse through. And not as crowded as we expected. Good selection of small shops and boutiques. Excellent ice cream.

Everyone should go to Wall Drugs at least once. I shuttered and could hardly wait to get out one of the nearby doors! This place Is blocks long. Having said that I was glad we went. On a whim we got their donuts. Oh my gosh, I never knew a cake donut could be so amazing. I'll never miss an... More

We stopped in here for donuts and coffee in the morning to start our day. 5 cent coffee!! Need I say more? Oh yeah, the donuts were great. Good old fashioned cake donuts, done right. Perfect start to the morning and a perfect start to the day. Glad we decided to stop here!

Fun atmosphere made it worthwhile but the breakfast food is nothing to get excited about. Heavy on the carbs. Coffee wasn't too bad. Felt we had to try it after all the billboard signs! Donuts were not all that special.
