Lots of stuff to see here

This place has lots to see and buy, everything from rocks to cowboy boots, and everything in between. They have delicious donuts and ice cream, and great sandwiches. Be sure and read about the history of the place while you eat there.

I was expecting South of the Border, but honestly this place is so much better. Yes - plenty of souvenir junk but just as many quality items. Drug store and book store are very nice. We also enjoyed having lunch in the cafeteria. Take time to read the family's story. You'll better appreciate the Free Ice Water, 5 cent coffee,... More

Great shop to visit and get your free iced water. Their milk shakes are fantanstic and great to share. Good shopping experience as there was lots of diverse things to buy.

This was our destination after cruising through the badlands. Along the way you see billboards advertixing Wall Drug for Homemade Donuts (to die for) and free water along with coffee for a nickel. I had roast beef open faced sandwich with mash potatoes which was very good. Donuts were awesome! Eat them first if you're over 50 in case you... More

The food was cooked fresh and served hot with good size meals. Cost is average for the area. Great ice cream as well

This lace is a lot of fun. Great place to let the kids spend some of that energy they have built up from the car ride, or it could be a destination in itself. Fun souvenirs can be found, several great places to eat. Most of all the people who work at and live in Wall are wonderful. Everyone there... More

I've read all the negative comments, but I must say that we loved it here. We stopped here on our way to MT & Wall Drug was a welcome oasis on a drive of over 36 miles total. We found the food to be fresh, tasty & a substantial serving size. I'm gluten-free & they actually had gluten-free burger buns!... More

This is a big tourist trap town in the middle of nowhere; the food is fairly basic fare, but any questions you have about it will be answered with difficulty by the staff who are mostly Chinese and Eastern European workers, so it can be hard at times to understand them. It's definitely a slice of life to stop here,... More

We enjoyed a quick lunch at the Wall Drug Café. Yes, water was free, isn't it every where? Coffee was 5 cents. Dining room walls were lined with the owners' collection of western art. Very nice. Great service, fun place to shop.

But I'm sorry I bought into this. The stores and whatever you want to call this may be a big draw for some. I was highly disappointed in the lack of made in the USA items. We ate in the cafe. Yes they have free ice water in tiny cups and 5cent coffee but food is yuck. Wished we stopped... More
