Took Trip Advisors advice and gave them a try. Had the walley dinner special with soup and salad bar. Very good portions, mighty tasty, served with a smile. Salad bar is nothing fancy but a nice touch. Good choice of beer and wine. Worth the price in my opinion. Very clean. This time of year most of Wall is shut... More

The staff at our motel recommended this restaurant as a great eatery in Wall. They were right. As soon as we entered the Restaurant we were greeted by a friendly waitress who couldn't do enough for us. The steaks were simply delicious. I ordered a Sirlion Steak and my husband had a Rib Eye Steak. Both meals were served with... More

There aren't a lot of restaurants to choose from in Wall and a couple from our hotel told us to go here. The salad bar was ho-hum but fresh. My husband ordered the prime rib and it was very, very fatty. I ordered the buffet, but a few items were depleted and weren't re-filled by the time I went up... More

A salad bar with every order. The homemade vegetable soup was delicious. I ordered the Walleye with a baked potato. It was done to perfection. My husband had the NY steak, rare which was wonderfully prepared. There were 25 of us seniors on a tour and we were all seated immediately. Bunny was our waitress who was super and made... More

The Red Rock was the only thing open when we arrived in late March just ahead of a blizzard. That's rarely a comfortable situation, but in this case, it turned out fine. Service was very attentive, salad bar basic but fresh and adequate, entrees well-cooked and presented rapidly. While things were under-seasoned for my taste, know that I do prefer spicy... More

Nice area décor, adequate service, clean, and the buffalo burger we were looking for. It was just a lunch thing, but something we had been hunting for, and we found it! The others we had on our trip were drier, less tasteful.

Not much to choose from in this area. However the 'Red Rock' was a good choice for a basic meal. Nothing fancy. Very basic salad bar. Food was good and properly cooked and plentiful. I would recommend this restaurant to any one who needs a good meal while in the area.

Our expectations weren't high after reading other reviews, but there aren't many choices in Wall. We were pleasantly surprised and had a very enjoyable dinner. My wife ordered walleye -- a large fillet that she reported to be very tasty. And I had a New York Strip -- a nice cut that was perfectly grilled. The salad bar was basic... More

The cuisine of SD isn't anything to write home about. This place was fine. If I went again I'd order the broasted chicken which seemed to be a specialty and we noticed several folks picking it up "to go." Dont' order the mexican food entrees, not a specialty of theirs. Salad bar was iceberg lettuce et al. Also typical.

We had dinner here and had a good meal. The service was a litle above average but nothing to complain about. Food was very good.
