Good Breakfast

I stopped in for dinner but settled on a ham and cheese egg skillet with hash browns. Topped off with a good cup of coffee and the evening breakfast was very good. Travel safe...

Went to Spearfish Millstone last night around 10PM. Ordered the Reuben Sandwich and a side salad. The side salad had greens that were very bitter. The Reuben Sandwich was far below expectations for $9+. it had minimal sauerkraut and dressing on it and the little bit that was there was in a small pile in the middle of the bread,... More

Nice grilled beef sirloin steaks here. Other than that the food is average at best. The salad bar was stale....whitish colored carrots etc. Philly steaks hoggie bun was similar to a Wonderbread slice. Chicken fried steak was tasty and generous, but the gravy was thick and pasty as were the mashed potatoes.

Wonderful place to go after church and by the crowds I am not the only one who feels this way. Great breakfast offerings...my favorite is the biscuits and gravy with eggs. Good prices also.

Average breakfast food. Chatty staff with each other, this is a negative for out of area guests. The interior is dated. Order was not accurate!

It wasn't great at all. The food came very slowly, and it taste bad, it tasted like crap. And the waitress was a jerk.

We enjoyed our dinner here. There isn't much atmosphere and no liquor service, but the food was good. A large, well stocked salad bar. Excellent fried chicken and ribs. The portions were generous. Try the American fries as opposed to French fries. We liked them. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean and well lit.

We much prefer independent family style restaurants to fast food when we travel. The staff was very friendly but the food was, in our opinion, was average as was the atomosphere. Prices were reasonable.

We stopped for breakfast. The owner of the RV park said there are no small family type restaurants in the area and she said she goes there after church. It was a good recommendation. The service is quick, the food was good and the value was the best we had seen in a long time. Prices were reasonable and the... More

We met family at the Millstone for dinner while visiting Spearfish, SD. My parents ordered the Sunday special - roast beef dinner which they said was really good. I ordered a small steak and salad bar and the steak was ok but a little dry. The salad bar had a lot to choose from compared to others I had eaten... More
