Always good food - casual dining. Waffles are my favorite. Service is grand. Always a full house. I highly recommend.
Enjoyed the diner one wintry night. Great, friendly service and old school atmosphere. Haven't been in a diner like this in a long time. We each had a shake. They are served in old fashioned shake glasses and you get the extra in the metal container brought to your table too. My child was thrilled, best milkshake ever they said.... More
I hail from the East Coast where diners are everywhere. You just can't find too many authentic in town diners in the Midwest. I've eaten here several times for breakfast and lunch. I enjoy their burgers especially the black and blue. They have a good malt selection as well. The decor is classic diner and the location is nice. Outdoor patio is a nice shaded option.
Old school restaurant appeal with great and reasonably priced food. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Outside seating available weather permitting.
Very good service. Good food. Fair prices. Glad I found this place. It was a pleasant experience. I'd return. Roast beef dip sandwich was excellent. Only wish it had more meat.
Our breakfast at the Phillips Avenue Diner was unique and delicious. The lemon curd pancakes alone are worth the trek to South Dakota. Easy parking, great service, lots of hot coffee and an inventive menu.
My husband and I stopped for the milkshakes; it was so worth it. The milkshakes are great and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a great location near some nice little shops.
