Had dinner at Carnaval one of our first nights in town. While not your typical Brazilian steakhouse, Carnaval delivered a tasty and fun dining experience. The menu is extensive and includes things other than just the typical churrascaria dinner option. Something for everyone. Save room for dessert as the dessert cart alone is worth a visit.

My Husband and I ate here on a weekend, live music, great atmosphere! Couldn't have had more attention from the Servers, constantly waiting on you, unless you "take a break" at your own request. Grilled pineapple- out of this world!

We were 6 at our table and had so much fun at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, everyone was very attentive and anticipated every need at our table. We all had the Gaucho #2 and never waited for a serving of anything. This was a fine finish to a long road trip from Portland, Oregon, and if I'm ever... More

Since the Carnaval Brazilian Grill was just down the road from out motel, my wife and I decided to have dinner here and see how it compared to the Rodidzio restaurants we have in the northern New Jersey area. This restaurant is good, but comes no where near the experience you will have at a true Brazilian/Argentine one in areas... More

The Carnaval Brazilian Grill has a very nice atmosphere. We ordered the Signature Specialty which included a variety of different meats to try. Each meat arrived at our table on a long skewer delivered by a Gaucho. A slice was cut off. When you wanted more, you turned a chip on your table from red to green. Although there were... More

Honestly, anyone who goes to a Brazilian steakhouse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota should not have unrealistically high expectations. Fortunately I did not, and therefore I was not disappointed. My food was good---not great, but good. Most disappointing was the fact that filet was not an option for any of the all you can eat offerings that most folks would... More

We stopped here on a vacation trip. My wife has some unusual food allergies, which they were great about accommodating, giving us a list of the food that she couldn't eat. We ordered their signature meal which includes the salad bar and roasted meat brought around to all the tables. The salad bar is quite good with sufficient variety, although... More

The service at Carnaval was great. All the gauchos were smiling and friendly and attentive. Overall, the food was good, some meats were better than others. Those that were good, were really good. The roasted pineapple was delicious! The atmosphere was very good - energetic, good lighting, spacious. The food on the salad bar left a bit to be desired.... More

I travel extensively for my work and eat in many restaurants throughout the Midwest. One of my favorite places to dine is the Carnaval Brazilian Grill in Sioux Falls, SD. Every time I walk thru the door I am treated to a wonderful dining experience. Friendly smiles, great ambiance, tasteful music all make for an inviting atmosphere in which to... More
