Nice place good food!

The food here is good basic mid-west food but it is great! There was nothing to dislike and the service was great.

The craft brew assortment was excellent and the food very good. They have a very interesting & different approach to "nachos". We're normally accustomed to mexican-type nachos, but they offer a BBQ chicken, baked bean, & cheese nacho plate that is really tasty. It was an enjoyable change and we'd definitely do it again.

It was pretty slow when we were there, week night, but the service was great. We got a flight of all nine beers brewed in house. They were very good. Food was delicious too. The restaurant is housed in the town's original firehouse! It is VERY neat.

The service was amazing and our waiter was very friendly and helpful but the food was nothing spectacular. Typical burgers, fries, etc. Prices were not out of line. They do brew their own beer and have a nice selection of small craft brews to choose from. Would recommend it to others.

Went in for lunch on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, I flew passengers into Rapid City so I couldn't taste the beer. The menu is pretty extensive with appetizers, burgers, salads etc. with many beers, spirits and wines. The décor is really cool old tome firehouse. It is also big inside and the staff is fast and friendly. Good place to eat.

We had a great visit here with a young family of three kids. The fireman hats for kids were cute, the menu was great, wine and beer tasty, and it was comfortable dining with kids. Our waiter and the other staff we met were very friendly and patient with our young kids.

On our trip through South Dakota I saw many signs, next to a red fire truck, advertising the Firehouse Brewing Co. I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The two female bartenders were attentive and knowledgable. The beers we tried were both excellent.I had the seared tuna salad which was sophisticated and delicious. My friend got some sort of meat on a... Interesting decor and friendly service however all our entrees were only so-so. I had fish tacos-not much fish mostly lettuce and some generic grated cheese and a sauce so hot I couldn't finish my meal. Too bad cause I really wanted to like it.

Had dinner here during our one night in Rapid City. It seemed to be the most popular place downtown - about 2/3 full on a sunday night. Had fish tacos - the fish and toppings were good. The tortilla was a little oily. Wife had bison burger - thick burger with blue cheese and all the fixings. She liked it... More

If traveling through Rapid City this is a great place to stop and eat! We ordered the Artichoke cheese appetizer with their homemade beer bread! This was to die for! The bacon wrapped Pork Medallions with the Jack Daniels sauce were a little on the spicy side but we're tender enough to be cut with a butter knife! They brew... More
