"The Firehouse," as it is called by locals, is one of the city's most unique and interesting landmarks. -Housed within the original Rapid City firehouse, a structure built of four layer brick in 1915, the building is listed on the National Historic Register. We offer a full service restaurant and bar with indoor and outdoor dining. Experience a vibrant atmosphere with live entertainment by local musicians in addition to live theatre most Friday and Saturday evenings (view our website for a list of upcoming events). Of course, the Main attraction at the Firehouse is our uniquely flavored, hand crafted beers along with a menu of the Midwest's favorite dishes. With culinary selections ranging from salads and BBQ to buffalo and gumbo, there is something for everyone at the Firehouse Brewing Company.

A large fun dining place in the heart of the historic downtown area. Big bar scene and an equally large outdoor area with TV's all over. Its a casual place with many offerings of their brews, good aps, soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers and BBQ. Its the kind of place to go if you want a good relaxing well priced... More

I guess we expected more based on reviews left but the food was merely "ok". Fish looked and tasted like frozen boxed fish sticks. Nice atmosphere however.

Really cool place to have lunch. It is in an old Fire House. You have to read the history yourself, but inside is very interesting. I had a club sandwich which was very good. Service was excellent, no complaints.

We stopped here for dinner on the 2 nights that we were in Rapid City. It was suggested by the desk clerk at Howard Johnson's which was only a short distance away. As the name implies, the restaurant is located in an old firehouse in historic Rapid City. The service was good, as was the food. The first night we... More

Had a 1/2 Cobb salad which came with lots of bread - more than enough to satisfy a healthy appetite. We took advantage of their outdoor seating and the service was very good. location in RC makes it a great place to start or end an evening when there's something going on downtown. Recommend for casual pub fare.

They have their own wine, beer and serve excellent food. The barbecue is very good. Service and atmosphere is also good. Perfect for dinner, and just around the corner you can find a president:)

We were here about 6 months ago. I had the same chopped pork as I did before and it was excellent, as were the ribs. The potato salad was different from what I'm used to and wasn't my favorite. The beers were very good and the outside patio was nice. I like their spicy BBQ sauce, but it was pretty... More

We didn't get to sit and enjoy our meal for as long as would have liked, thanks to a very travel-exhausted 7 year old. However, our server was kind and attentive, even getting our son another drink when he didn't care for the root beer. I had a buffalo a burger and my husband had the fish tacos. The food... More
