This is probably the best Mexican food that can be found in Rapid City. I realize that RC isn’t a hot bed of Mexican cuisine but Sabor A Mexico has good food and good service for a good price. It reminds us of a few places we used to eat at in El Paso, TX and Juarez, Mexico back in... More

Authentic mexican, great service and prices. Have been going there for 3 years and can't wait to go again. Ask for a coke in the bottle (Mexican, made with cane sugar versus high fructose corn syrup).

I took a group of 10 here for dinner. It may have been the size of the group that threw things off, but a couple of our orders were not correct. Because of the time it took to bring the food, we decided to eat what was brought. The food was good, but there is better food for the price.

The food was presented differently than moat authentic mexican resturents. A little to expensive for the quality and we didn't receive all of our order. But I give them a 3.5 out of 5

I have been addicted to this place for over 3 years now. Consistently great food. I took my new husband here. He is a true Mexican from central Mexico. He was extremely impressed!! He declared this place better than any so called Mexican restaurant around the Minneapolis area. So basically we drive 550 miles west for a decent authentic Mexican... More

When I moved to rapid city 23 years ago the food cuisine choices were nil especially Mexican food. The only place available advertised "Mexican food the way Americans like it". The salsa was Ketchup and relish! Now we have the hipster's boutique "Que _Pasa" downtown that is more about overpriced Tequila than authentic food. 'Sabora A Mexican' is the real... More

About as authentic as it gets in this area. Tastes just like moms home cooking! And the rice and beans are my favorite!

I had heard good reviews, and we decided to stop in for lunch. I had the chicken enchilada & my husband had the sopas. Both dishes were excellent- simple no frills authentic Mexican food. Our waitress was very attentive and ewe both really enjoyed our meals. We will certainly be back!

The restaurant was very dirty and the food was over cooked like it had been sitting in a warmer for quite some time. There was toilet paper wadded up on the restroom floor and urine on the seat. I was very disappointed because I had heard such great things about this place. I will not be going back

The city needed some authentic food and finally I heard about a quiet little place that has it. I had the bistek a la Mexicana and my daughter had the kiddos chicken tostada and we both loved it. The owners need a bigger building, not because it is to small but so more people can taste their food. Ad if... More
