we ate at Marlin's several times while staying in Mitchell goose hunting. The meals were average with breakfast being the best. They have a breakfast buffet some mornings which was good. they also serve food later than the other places at this Mitchell exit.

Good service, good specials, good food, good coffee. The large OJ was served in a quart jar! Convenient to our hotel and the interstate.

Good simple food, nothing fancy. Clean and nicely remodeled. I love the smaller portions menu. Hamburger steak is delicious.

This Marlin's is much bigger than the ones I have eaten at in Tea and Sioux Falls. It has a much more corporate look and feel and the buffet was subpar.

Summer was my server and she added the fun into the visit. The food selection is your old fashion truck stop diner type favorites in a clean family friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced dishes and served fast and hot. Enjoy

We saw Marlin's on our trip west but didn't stop. On our eastbound stop, we had breakfast there. The menu was broad, the waiter we had was a delightful young man who really attended to us well and the facility was well-decorated and bright. We would stop again.

We stopped here initially for gas ( next door ) on our way to Mount Rushmore, and decided to eat lunch here because of convenience. The service was good and we ordered off the menu vs the buffet, as there were many flies enjoying the buffet. The food was tasty, and portions were hefty. I had a grilled turkey sandwich,... More

Had breakfast here. Hash browns crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Tasty sausage and done right eggs. They have a breakfast buffet, which looks like your standard hotel breakfast lineup. Prices $7-$10. Easy on and off the freeway.

We ate supper and also breakfast buffet and both were good especially the breakfast. The buffet had plenty of selection and was warm and you got all you needed. Would stop here anytime. Drinks are very large with all you want. The morning waitress was very rude and really acted like she didn't want to be there but the food... More

Generous portions served quickly & HOT. Very good food & excellent wait staff even though they were obviously short staffed. Everyone seemed to chip in & do what needed to b done for the customer!
