We received good food and good service. Fun to look around at the historic items decorating the place.

We should have known by the lack of cars in the parking lot and the 5 minute wait for staff to come from the back to seat us, that this would be a bad place. Two of our party of four ordered burgers with grilled onions ($.50 extra charge) and received uncooked onions. Another party ordered Nachos that were horrible.... More

My husband and I were looking for some place a little less crowded as it was Labor Day weekend. This is just a little south of town and even thought they had a wedding reception upstairs our service was not affected even though the food was a little slow in coming but it was well worth the wait. I had... More

WORST EVER, don't waste your time or money going here. Waited for food for over an hour, two tables that came in as much as 20 minutes after us were served long before our food showed up. When it did finally arrive the potatoes were cold and the ribeye was both over cooked (no hint of pink any where in... More

We just had a great dinner at Chute Rooster. The service was excellent the food was great and the cost was amazingly low. We will do it again the next time we're out this way .

Both times we have visited the Chute Rooster the service and quality of food and drink has been poor. The staff treated us like we were a burden (grr) and they couldn't even make a decent White Russian - how hard is that? This place needs a huge deep-cleaning and the old (read: disgusting) taxidermy is totally unappetizing and should... More

Dinner at this restaurant was very very good. Waitresses were so friendly. Historical ambiance of the restaurant was great. Don't miss this place.

Bike week starts tomorrow and we had the misfortune of being near Sturgis. This is a nice quiet place you can take your family. We had the fish fry and fried chicken. 10 and 14 bucks beers were cheap food was great. And it wasn't inundated with bikers.

We had our family reunion here. They set up a buffet for us. Our group had about 50 people in it, we had reservations, but they still ran out of food and had only 1 waitress for all of our drinks, tickets, etc. The waitress worked hard, but it didn't make up for the food part. At $12/person, I expected... More
