Very busy, touristy, but still gives you a flavor of what an old west saloon may have been. Staff not all that friendly, but a wide variety of beers and cocktails

My husband and I stopped here for a beer and a bite one evening after exploring Deadwood. Our server was fantastic and let us know that dinner was served upstairs in the Social Club restaurant but that we were welcome to order food from the bar menu, which is what we did. We got the wild boar nachos, the elk-bison... More

Get there when Wild Bill and crew puts on their act. The only museum with a bar. Sawdust all over the floor, gaming tables and moose head, how could you go wrong?

You really feel as if your are sitting in an old saloon back in the 1800's! Plus you get a free show everyday in the back room! Be sure to stop by this place, even if its just to look at the wall decor!

This establishment tries very hard (and yes does mostly succeed) in looking like a genuine "Hollywood style" saloon. There is sawdust on the floor for God's Sake! If you go to Deadwood, you must at least stop here and look inside, even if you don't order food. There were lots of tourists who walked through it with awe written all... More

Drop a few dimes in some great slots, we doubled our money here but mostly went for fun. We did not eat, but we enjoyed the staff and friendly service while we played, and we both came out ahead so we will be back.

We loved the ambiance of the hotel and what an excellent surprise when we went upstairs to dine. The food was the best we had tasted in weeks. Selection was great and quality fantastic. Also a good selection of wines available. Waiter service was a little slow at times and the wait for a table up to an hour some... More

Easily the best true tavern in Deadwood. Plenty of gambling, but still has the drinking vibe you really don't get at the more casino based bars. old timey, sawdust on floor, good gift shop area and the food upstairs was incredible. If you're not a big gambler( or if you are) you'll want to drink here.

This was a typical saloon but it included two unique things. First were slot machines. They're everywhere in South Dakota. The other thing was the shooting reenactment of Wild Bill Hickok at no charge. This was done very well. They do it four or five times/ day in season. They usually stop labor day but due to mild weather and... More

The original Saloon #10 (Where Wild Bill Hickock was killed ) burned down long ago. This place isn't even in the same location, but I still recommend it. they stage a show every night. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. enujoy.
