Deadwood is a tough place to find good food but we had excellent burgers here. I had the buffalo burger and it was one of the best I've had. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to cook a good burger but considering how many bad ones I've had, I guess it is. My dining companion had the Philly... More

Unfortunately good food is not one of Deadwood's strengths. But this place is probably the best. Typical sports bar food, wings, nachos, pizza, salads and sandwiches. The restaurant next door is a lot fancier, and you can order off of that menu too.

My boyfriend, my son and I had been up at the lodge swimming and were pretty hungry so we decided to go eat at oggie's which we have plenty of times. On this occasion however, we were completely ignored by everyone. It's a seat yourself restaurant so we did and waited a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us. After... More

I've eaten here at least 20 times, and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is known locally for its varied cooked-to-order burgers, large onion rings, and huge salads. The Bangkok Shrimp appetizer is to-die-for, and the thin crust pizzas, chicken tortilla soup, sandwiches and everything else I've tried has been delicious. And there are at least 7 TVs with sports... We always have lunch here when we come to Deadwood via Spearfish. Had the bacon cheese burger. Good. Cooked just right.

The service was good and a very good friendly type atmosphere. It was also a good night out as the hotel in Deadwood had a shuttle that took you to and from the restaurant. It is a little distance from the main historical section of Deadwood.

Stopped twice in one day and had great food and service both times. Ordered the steak burrito, our server recommended it and 5 out of 6 of us ordered it and loved it. Ordered the walleye tacos and the spinach dip as well, all good. This is a great place in the lodge, great atmosphere, plenty of room and televisions... More

If anything the server was maybe too attentive, but at least she stopped and checked to see if we needed anything almost every time she went by. A drink was spilled and another server was there almost immediately to clean it up. Food was very good and there were lots of choices - even a choice of fresh fruit in... More

Had meals here twice during our stay at The Lodge at Deadwood. Food was okay, but not exceptional. Very busy with casino crowd and service was friendly, good and attentive. Great location if you need a meal while enjoying the casino. Lots of overhead screens available if you want to keep up with sports.

Nice Sports Bar, good sandwiches, burgers, Onion Rings are the best. Came back for a second meal and will go back again. Slim pickins for meals in Deadwood, can't go wrong here from our experience.
