So we have been to several of restaurants thru this chain. Ryans and Old country Buffets all over the States :P.. We dont have them in Canada, so when we are in the States it is a place we frequent!! I have noticed that alot of the Southern States do not include th drink stations .. which is a shame...... More

We are locals and have tried hundreds of restaurants in the area. This is obviously not one of those "fancy-shmancy" restaurants, but it is very good! My husband and I go here frequently. It's always good. Their lunch prices can't be beat. It is the same menu as the dinner, except much cheaper and no steak grilling or cut meats.... More

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews! Some people are never satisfied! We were going to go to a much fancier buffet in Myrtle Beach, but decided to go to "old faithful". For what we would have paid at the other buffets, we could go to Ryan's several times. Today the line was out the door when we arrived around... More

We had a couple comp meal tickets from the last time they served me out of date sour milk, so we thought lets give it a try. We ordered milk and a ice tea which was comped. The cartons of milk again was out dated by 5 days but I looked this time, so nothing has changed. The food was horrible, compared to... More

Ryan's is a pretty good buffet type place. Pricing is good, food is acceptable. Probably visit this restaurant once while on our winter stay.

This used to be a favorite place to grab a quick meal but the last time we were there, the front desk staff refused to honor a valid coupon, the food choices had been changed and many of my favorites, such as the chicken salad and the hand dipped ice cream were gone. The rest of the food was not... More

I ate breakfast yesterday and it was great, no complaints .. Lunch seems to be getting better. some items not cooked properly..Dinner is where I still have complaints, they advertise a small petit sirloin but that's not what they serve.. the old top sirloin is good but a little tough. they just cut you off a piece of a larger... We have tried the "other" similar types of buffets and decided that this is the best place. We go here several times a week! My wife and I decided to do a "taste test" of the other places to see if they have changed. The answer was No - They weren't better! Jimmy, (the Mgr) is most friendly and wants... More
