Good place to stop by. Not recomended for bigger groups. For that price, you can choose nice things to try.

Service was fair, hard to get a refill, food quality was ok nothing to write home about, extra charges for crab legs, I wouldn't recommend with all the choices in the area find something better.

Went for Sunday lunch. It's definitely a place the locals enjoy. I found the staff to be friendly and on point with making sure the drinks were full and plates cleared. However, I found the food on the bar was only warm by the time we got back to the table to eat. It did have good flavor though, just... More

Had to pay extra for crab legs- not a normal occurance where we are from. Selection was below standard.

First the good, it was 6.95 for a lunch buffet close to the beach.Next the bad, its a 6.95 buffet near the beach.Everyone has the same idea, fill up cheaply and go to the beach. The place was also very busy with workmen, large families, all sorts of eaters.I felt sort of sorry for the staff. They did a good job of service.... More

decent food at a fair price. This was our 3rd visit here. The food was OK. The upkeep on this building needs some attention. The bathroom was clean

Our group visited on a Saturday evening, lured by the $2-Off in the coupon book. The buffet does have a large quantity of items (although I am sure they do not add to the "120 Items" that they advertise...). I stuck to the chicken dishes, as it is hard to mess that up. But even those tasted funny and definitely... More

i wasn't crazy about the food or the atmosphere, but the other 5 people in my party enjoyed it very much. its a typical china buffet with alot to choose from, but i didnt really like anything. the steamed dumplings were not good, the spring rolls were cold. An OK dining experience, but for $6.99, I guess I can't complain.

We ate at the New China Buffet on a Tuesday evening, and there were not many people there when we arrived (should have been our first clue as to the experience we would have). They boast 120+ items on their buffet, but my family of 4 only tried about 10. And those 10 tasted like they have been sitting out... More

We came off a 16 hour drive to the Myrtle Beach area only to find our rental wasn't ready, so we stopped in at New China Buffet in Surfside for lunch. We weren't expecting much, but it was packed on a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. We could see why. For $6.95 per person (with hot tea for free) the food... More
