Went in for a nice leisurely lunch with my husband. The hostess, lovely. Sat at a nice booth, server came up and asked what we wanted to drink, she had manners, but they weren't sincere, she didn't smile, nothing. The starter was lovely, then my husband's burger was supposed to be medium, however, it was still mooing. There was no... More

My family and I stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was fresh and it had a good selection. The menu had lots of options which sounded appealing. I had buffalo chicken sliders with fries. The waitress Cindy was prompt and provided excellent service. For a chain restaurant it was very good food. We will eat... More

We went especially for the steak and lobster which was great. Waitress was another story. She did not bring my husband a tea refill, I had to go to bar and get it. Did not clean off dirty dishes, and when asked to do so threw my food away. BUT she did make it right by bringing me an extra... More

The food was okay, but the bad of this visit for me was the waiter. He never came to check on the food quality, to refill drinks, or even to bring more biscuits once we flagged him down and asked for them. My aunt had a bite of food in her mouth when he came and asked if she wanted... More

A couple of colleagues and myself visited this restaurant around 1 PM on a Tuesday afternoon. The restaurant was sparsely seated with other customers. There was no one to greet us when we entered the restaurant however the hostess did return within a few moments of our arrival. We were promptly seated by the hostess and visited by our waitress.... The waiter we had was incredible and engaged in actual conversation with my husband and I. My chicken was okay but my husbands steak was amazing! The strawberry lemonade I had had too much syrup in it and the portions were kind of small. The salad bar was nice and very clean. Very few people were there and we originally... More

They think that by giving a free salad bar with your meal, that you won't notice that the portions are extra small. Epic fail!!!

I used to love to eat here. Then the brand changed to a neuvo style with square plates and more emphasis on atmosphere that turned me off. They had gotten better and we started eating at Ruby Tuesdays again when we travel and even this one sometimes. That is until our latest trip last Friday. First, it was dirty with... More
