Gaston has worked his tail off developing his dinners! His Cubano is authentic and satisfying, but its his complete meals that are the shining star. The food is quite good. The menu is small, but more than adequate. The spicy pork and the sides are very good. Also the Cuban sandwich is delicious. Definitely give it a try. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is warm.

Fantastic place to eat and always a great experience! The food is fantastic and he is always trying new things. The plantains are fabulous and the owner is truly a phenomenal chef and great conversationalist! He will welcome you and make you feel like family.

Spartanburg seemed an unlikely place to find Cuban food. We wondered if thus cafe would be worth finding. Was it ever! I ordered the fish with three side dishes: corn guiso, yuca, and yellow rice. The tasty sauces complemented the food perfectly! My wife ordered the shrimp, rice, red beans, and the corn guiso She got 6 large shrimp immersed... More

Looking for something other than a chain restaurant and found this little quaint place sitting in my own back yard. Superb!!! Felt like I was on a mini vacation in Miami. Service was excellent.

I found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and decided to give it a shot with my family of 4 while driving back to Ohio from Myrtle Beach. We were tired of fast food and chain restaurants on the road...this was a good diversion. It was about 10~15 minutes east of I-26, so not right off the highway. It is a... More

Small family owned restaurant. My husband will go out of his way to have lunch here. Owner is friendly and food is great. It's a small place and service is usually quick. He usually gets a Togo order as well to have a "snack" before dinner. You won't be disappointed.

I have only found Cuban food like this in Cuba or Key West! Certainly a gem for Spartanburg! Daily specials are always fresh!! Coconut pudding is my fav dessert - like a taste of sunshine!!
