Excellent Service, Expected quality in th food, Place needs a good cleaning!

Had it not been for the wonderful, attentive and sensitive service we received from Jen, I wouldn't have bothered with this review. We met family there under very unfortunate circumstances and needed a quiet place to visit and talk on a late Fri. afternoon. From the minute we sat down Jen sensed... read more

We called in a take-out order. When we got home, we discovered that the burgers had no lettuce, pickle, tomato, etc. Chicken Casadilla was dry and very little cheese. The lettuce that came with the Casadilla was brown. Chicken Tortilla Soup tasted like it came out of a can. Ruby Tuesday isn't The Ritz, but we spent way too much... More

A platter with the hamburger is all right. The ridiculous wire basket with a hamburger and fries, forget it! Whose dumb idea was that? I usually eat the Ruby Tuesday hamburger with a knife and fork because of the size of the hamburger. Try cutting the hamburger while sawing on a piece of paper, which is sitting on a wire,... More

Ruby Tuesday has the best petite sirloin. In fact it is the only steak I've ever been able to eat without adding ketchup. It's always cooked exactly as ordered and the salad bar is by far the best in the upstate. Ingredients are always fresh.

We were planning to eat a O'charley's down the street, once arriving at O'charley's the hostess was not very accommodating, I was told to walk around and see if I saw a table that would work my party of 11. I received little assistance, it seemed they did not care or my party was not a concern to their schedule.... More

Service was really good. Salad bar was very clean and very well attended. Lite ranch dressing was more like an Italian an not great.

I had a good experience here. I had the salad bar and the chicken mini burgers. All tasted well and the salad bar was very well stocked and fresh. The waitress was very friendly and prompt. They may want to step it up on the cleaning, however as the restaurant is not filthy but does have a dingy feel to... More

We walked in and the hostess was pleasant. We hadn't eaten there for a while because the last time we also had a unpleasant experience with the restaurant not being clean. We had a really great experience at the one by BWI airport in Maryland recently and thought we would try again, the one by our home. The hostess sat... More

I always like the salad bar here, it's clean, good portions, nice to sit with friends and relax. I like the variety of food, good ribs and burgers

I have eaten at Ruby Tuesday in the past and was looking forward to it. I ordered one of of my favorites, shrimp and grits. When it arrived I did not recognize it. A salty brown sauce over a lumpy serving of grits that resembled day old Cream Of Wheat. It was inedible. Our server was very nice and asked... More
