We ended up at Ruby Tuesday's due to a torrential down pour. It was a warm place with a warm wait staff and food tom make up for a damp night. The food was delicious as usual.

We recently went to this location and everyone was disappointed with their meal. The lunch menu is limited; I really think they want people to order dinner entrees at lunch. I ordered a chicken dish with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were so cold it tasted they just came out of the refrigerator! The waitress took my meal back and... More

We've visited this restaurant a few times with friends or family and enjoyed it. We've been back a few times since and this April 5 decided this is where we would have a lunch on our 45th anniversary. The waiter was friendly and gave great service. We ordered the Blackened tilapia with mango sauce with a salad bar plus the... More

This Ruby Tuesday has a well rounded staff with great manners and personal service. Jennifer was very busy keeping up with the bar and several tables. Food was good and properly prepared. Glasses were never empty and we were checked on enough but no so much as to be bothersome. Lots of regulars there with one guy bringing in candy... More

Had a super lunch today. Hot chicken tortilla soup and salad bar. Service was fast and soup was hot. Perfect for cold day!

We once again ate at Ruby Tuesday in Simpsonville, SC and thoroughly enjoyed it. We met a retired older couple (we're near 70 ourselves) for lunch on this past Tuesday about 12:20 PM. I believe this is our third visit within a year, so you know we love it. The waitress was very nice and attentive and we found the... More

We ate at Ruby Tuesday and I tried the new gumbo. It was very good and descent heat. My wife had the ribs and I also had the salad bar. The server was very knowledgable.

We stopped in for an evening meal the greased they fried in left a rancid taste in your mouth the fries and chicken fingers tasted the same. I did not approach management because I did not want to make a scene.

I'm allergic to dairy and wheat, so eating out can sometimes be a hassle. I love Ruby Tuesday because of their salad bar (though it could use some fruit on it) and the menu changes they made earlier in the year. There are now more vegetable side options like grilled zucchini and spaghetti squash. I've always had great service at... More

We spoke to the manager about the fact that they had no real butter to go with the lobster. He said he had no control over it. I have also heard from a person who worked there that everything they serve has been frozen. I had a bad experience at the same restaurant years ago, when I found a huge... More
