Italian and Greek

Don't drive to Woodruff when you can get good food here. Took me totally by surprise. Lots and Lots of food. Spaghetti Combo was great. Chicken Alfredo was best in class. Calamari was tender and sweet. Salad was not dried out.

Great for coffee and some cheesecake. The food is okay. Nothing special. Not a quiet place for couples. Many children around making noise.

Dh and I love trying new restaurants and this was one of the first restaurants that we ate at when we moved to Simpsonville. It has quickly become a family favorite!! DH loves the all meat Stromboli and the chicken parmesan melts in your mouth- DELICIOUS!!!!

Service was quick and friendly. We had an antipasta, chicken wings and pizza. The food was very good and reasonably priced. They have a large variety of selections on their menu, for example: hot Italian dishes, burgers, sandwiches, etc. This restaurant is definitely on the list for a return visit.

Milano's has a full menu, but I go for the hot oven subs. They are so much better than the average sub shop. Personally, I love the tuna. It overflows with goodness. The bread has a crispy exterior and is soft and warm inside. The dressing on the sandwiches is delicious. The french fries are wonderful, and there is enough... More

Garlic bread and drinks were great, service friendly and fast. One of our family favorites. The eggplant parm and Greek plate are some of the best, pretty good value, try everything!

We go there quite often because the food is so good and the prices are reasonable, but atmosphere could be better.

Milano's is where we go when we want LOTS of food at a very reasonable price. Either the Greek Combo or the Italian Combo will give you enough food to share, or to take home for the next day's lunch. Be sure to take a homemade dessert home for later too!

I told my son they have a great gyro here so we went and got one. It had a skimpy amount of meat and globs of sauce pouring out of it. Worst one I have had in the area. The fries and rings were very good. The service stunk, we had to go up and ask for our check. They... More

Extensive menu offering but Lasagna for two with antipasto salad is the best Italian meal in Simpsonville. One of the best eateries in town. Homemade deserts top it all off.
