Santee is a small town. We were faced with 4 choices. Fast food, Pub, elegant & stuffy, old style. We decided that we would go with the recommendation of the hotel and go to Coasters Bar & Grill. I am not sure that was a good decision. The beer was the best part of the evening because it was cold.... More

After driving MILES without finding a place to eat late on a Friday night (and not being familiar with the area at all), we stumbled across Coasters while searching the exits for a non-fast food restaurant. The parking lot and restaurant were full - which is usually a good sign. After a lengthy wait for a table, we had an... More

Save yourself the time and money go across the street instead. Very dirty and greasy inside. Menu was limited and mediocre.

Great french fries, tasty sandwiches (especially the bacon cheddar burger), friendly service, reasonable prices with some beer specials.

I have been there a number of times while on trips. Service depends on the night.Sometimes fast and friendly. Sometimes not. Most of seafood is cooked from frozen. Mostly pub food. It has changed for the worst since I began stopping in 4 years ago. I can only guess it is the management.

We like Coasters but the service and quality has declined somewhat over the years. When the GOLFERS are in town go early or you will be subject to lots of cigarette smoke and some foul language from the boys on golf vacation. Other wise the staff are friendly and food overall is good. We like early afternoon for a few... More

We enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant/bar with TVs, long tables, and lots of local diners. The atmosphere is OK. The food is very good. The crab soup was delicious. Popcorn shrimp were delicately fried and delicious.

This is just an average Roadhouse. The room was a little noisy, the food okay, not a fan of people smoking in the dining area. The meal was slow and also not a fan of putting the tip into the bill, we even had to ask for utensils. but then there was a few of us, so it might have... More

This place is fabulous. !! It is a little pricey on something's, but it doesn't cost near as much as Captians Quarters . The food is AMAZING! Service is FABULOUS , the place is AWESOME !! Try their sinful shrimp , it's about $16.00 and SO worth it!! The best shrimp pasta I have EVER had!!!! I 1000000% recommend this... More

I do like the food from here as we have eaten here many times during our golf outings over the years. Never had a bad meal but have had slow service a time or two. Seem to be full everytime we go so must just be under staffed then. Conects to Spinners, Gentelman's Club, for those that enjoy that too.... More
