I reviewed this popular restaurant in 2012, and I gave it five stars. We visited it again last year, but I didn’t write a review, because our experience wasn’t as good. However, I attributed that possibly to the fact that we had a horrible travel day, and I was not in a good mood. We visited again tonight, and this... More

We ate here on a Sunday. We made a reservation. We arrived and were seated immediately. I'm terrible with names, but our server was a gentleman from South Africa. He was excellent and friendly. The teenager in our group had crab legs and loved them. Price was reasonable for crab. My girlfriend has the crab stuffed grouper and she loved... More

we always wanted to try it as it is always packed with people. A lot of golfers and hotels are around the are. The tables have real linen tablecloths and napkins so we felt kinda out of place under dresses we were casual dressed . We loked over at others and they were casual as well . you can order... More

The place was crowded and we went on the spur of the moment after driving from NJ. Sat at the bar and had a very good drink and a wonderful meal. It was totally unexpected to find a nice restaurant just off I 95.

I can only rate average as we sat at the bar and only ordered drinks and chicken strips. My mixed drink was made well and the drinks are inexpensive. The chicken strips were good and we both enjoyed them but nothing spectacular. Full dinners that we saw come out to patrons at the bar looked very good and everyone seemed... More

We read the reviews and decided to try Captain's Quarters. Mark did a terrific job serving, kept our drinks coming and offered excellent suggestions from the menu. The prime rib, shrimp and mahi were all delicious. Wrapping up the meal with key lime pie and fresh baked apple crisp was also a good choice. It was a busy Friday night... More

My wife and I went to Captains Quarters in Santee for our anniversary and I hit a home run picking this place. While known for great steaks as well, we started with Frog Legs for appitizers and they were perfect. for my entree I ended up with oysters and blackened grouper and my wife had crab legs. She "knows" crab... More

This is where we will be stopping for dinner when we travel North. We found this place in September with my Sister and BNLaw. We had a great meal and very good service. We intend to stop here in just a few days.
