Fried Chicken, Mac and Cheese and country green beans was outstanding. Good southern sweet tea. Prices were very reasonable. Stop by and enjoy. Monica & John Jones Frederick, MD

If you're looking for a great local place to eat, this is it. I loved the no frills traditional meals that were amazing. I was reluctant to stop in until I read the reviews. I am glad I did because the simple home cooking and service was wonderful. This is what I look for in a place where the locals... More

I have eaten at the Front Porch whenever I was in Richburg for many years now, and the food has normally been excellent. It is a typical small-town meat-and-potatoes place; they have especially good fried green tomatoes and cornbread. On this particular visit the fried chicken did not quite come up to snuff; I think the cooking oil may have... More

Just passing through I pulled in to grab a quick bite at the mdconalds when I saw the Front Porch. I love local places and there seemed to be quite a few local tags in the parking lot so I gave it a chance. It is a very down home place, I was seated quickly and met by a couple... More

We eat here on every trip heading south, a few times a year, for the past 8 years. Out stop at the FRONT PORCH was on the Memorial day weekend. I have always loved the food here as it is basic good ole southern fried food, desserts, sweet tea. I look forward to the trip knowing we will be eating... More

Felt like we were at a church dinner. Staff very attentive and friendly. Food came out very quickly. You get 3 sides with a dinner. Fantastic homemade pies... More

On our way back home we thought we would try this place as on my mobile phone trip advisor it seemed to have good reviews. The place was almost empty but the service was exceptionally slow and very disorganised. The watiresses apologized to every table as they paid. Food was average and although we wanted to try dessert we did... More

I read the reviews before going to dinner and the reviews were very mixed - some good service, some poor service. Well, our service was GREAT. I recommend the hush puppies. The rest of the meal was average. However, we are glad that we ate at a local place and not a chain.
