Loved the atmosphere. Our waiter was fabulous as was the food. Everything cooked to perfection and elegantly presented. Met some wonderful neighboring diners and had a great time. The blueberry margarita was awesome.

We had dinner at the Chive Blossom Cafe with friends who had dined there previously and recommended the restaurant highly. We found the prices to be on he high side, however, the food quality was excellent. The she-crab soup was outstanding. I had the shrimp and scallops which was prepared and presented very nicely over a bed of grits. Others... More

Food was good. A little crowded & noisy. Staff was helpful. Had the ribeye special. It was good and cooked to my order. My husband had the red snapper special & thought it was great. Dessert - browning was perfect!

We ( friends, and family) have gone to Chive Blossom since it was a tiny place in another location. We have loved it until the last couple of times. Every restaurant can have an "off" night, but the last 3 visits have been a terrible disappointment. Last fall the okra cakes were so salty it was in edible. ( I... More

We've been going to Chive Blossom from when it first opened. It has always been consistently great! They have expensive plates and small plates. Anything with the tarragon cream sauce is fabulous!

This was the highlight of our dining experiences while staying at the beach on Thursday the 31st of July. We have been coming to the beaches of South Carolina for 30+ years and this is the best meal I have had in all of those years. For appetizer we had pan fried conch scallopini with jalapeno lime beurre blanc. The... More

What an exceptionally good meal with fresh vegetables as well as local seafood! The fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese as well as the crab nachos were a hit with our family. The seafood was uniquely prepared (scallops cakes, crab cakes and tuna were awesome). Then there were desserts. Chocolate creme brûlée and blackberry crumb cake were the best ever! We... More

We wanted to get together with some friends for dinner and decided the Chive wold be a good place to go and were not disappointed. After sharing the pounded conch appetizer a I ordered one of my favorites, the scallops and shrimp over yellow stone ground grits with truffle butter and my wife had one of the specials, grilled wahoo... The food was good and well prepared. Good sea food prepared with excellent sauces and local vegetables. Don't plan to leave hungry. The deserts were awesome too. Blueberry Cobbler, jum! You can eat outside in a beautiful garden area. Highly recommended.

We both ordered a cup of soup. It was very tasty. We wanted the cheese wafers, but they were not available. We were dressed pretty casual. Most of the other patrons were dressed " up". We had fun
