Be ready for a long wait on the weekends... but this is so worth it. The best corned beef hash I have ever had... crispy on the outside, tender on the inside... great grits, wonderful biscuits and delicious coffee. Old fashioned diner atmosphere... good fast service... I will stop in again!

This is a no frills local place that has great local specialties at a great price. We were there on a Monday for lunch and it was packed. I had the Monday house special, Chicken Pilau, which was fantastic!! Chicken, rice, and sausage-YUM! My husband had an omelet, which was also very good. Will certainly go back next time when... More

Got breakfast with my wife. The waitress was pleasant. Food was good, prepared quickly & priced well. I'd go back for breakfast and may try lunch soon.

We have been driving by this little place for years and the parking lot is always packed, so this morning we stopped in for breakfast. It is a no frills eatery. We walked in and we were greeted to find a seat. I order two eggs over easy with bacon and you had your choice of several sides that were... More

This is our "go out to breakfast" place all year long when we're at Pawleys Island! It's usually crowded in the summer, but the food is delicious and the service is friendly and quick! It's also very reasonably priced! Early bird golfers, fisherman and locals love it! My friends and family do too!

We got there after the lunch rush was over, we could tell because about half the tables had dirty dishes and the like on it. That should have been our first clue. We sat down and waited for menus. And waited. The waitress scurried past our table several times to serve regulars. We waited 10 minutes and just as we... More

The Bride and I went to the Litchfield restaurant for breakfast this morning. First of all, it was so noisy, that it was hard to talk fo the Bride across the table. Second, there were tables and chairs (with people sitting and eating) so far out into one of the doorways (the one by the handicapped parking, which we both... More

While we were at Pawleys Island on vacation, we decided to check out a local restaurant that we found on Trip Advisor. It is a plain little building but very popular with the locals and visitors that once stop there. For breakfast we had flounder, grits and stewed tomatoes. Very different but delicious. We went back again for lunch and... More

We arrived today for lunch at 2:00. We were treated and seated and ordered before I realized they closed at 2:00. Everyone was friendly and the food was good, home cooking.
