Staff is very friendly, chef will also help out and serve your food with a smile. Fresh grown herbs and vegetables on site, and exceptional service overall. I had the Parmesan crusted flounder on a beautiful salad. Whole family enjoyed their meals and we're definitely going back. Ask for Linda as your server - She takes the absolute best care... More

One of our favorite places to eat in Pawleys Island. The menu has a great variety of options sure to please everyone. I have not had a chance to try them all since their specials are always outstanding. Today we enjoyed the shrimp and chicken pad thai and the tempura shrimp wrap specials. Delicious! The food and service is always... More

Excellent food, service, atmosphere. Can eat in or under large covered patio just outside. Two bars that you can also eat at. One inside and one outside. Reservations accepted. You won't be disappointed.

We went for dessert. We got the peach cobbler, the berry cobbler and the white chocolate bourbon bread pudding...all were fantastic. We just went and sat at the bar.

We stopped here for lunch while on vacation because of the TripAdvisor rating. There were 8 in our group and we got right in. The staff was attentive and service was quick. I ordered the She Crab soup - excellent, crab/avocado nachos - amazing and the shepherds pie - made with pot roast and it was outstanding. It is hard... More

Our second visit in one week during our vacation- it was so good the first time....plus came with a recommendation....had to come back. Sat on the patio. Great, attentive service. Had the whole flash fried red snapper. Never had been served a whole fish and the way it was served, the flakiness and the dipping sauces...yum. Then we split the... More

Great food and service! Portions are generous. There is enough variety in their menu that we went back a second time in three nights. The she crab soup is worth the drive by itself.

At here once a couple of years ago and it was so, so. We were disappointed when one of our local favorite spots changed their menu so we were looking for a new place for lunch. We happened to stop in here at Bistro 217 and we were blown away. The hostess was quick to seat us and we had... More

Bistro 217 has become our "go to" place for meals, dinners and lunches, when we want a special meal, or just don't feel like cooking at home. This time it was a case of the latter and also Memorial Day weekend, so we were scared we'd have a hard time getting a reservation, but fortunately they cold fit us in... More
