Althought the choices were not extensive, each item was very tasty and cooked well. The scrambled eggs were NOT artificial and actually cooked using eht same eggs used to make the custom omelets. Omelets were extremely good as were the pumkin pancakes and cranberry bread pudding.

Applewood is a great place to have breakfast. Super friendly staff, an engaged owner, and every kind of omelet and pancake you can think of. Expect very large portions so don't let your eyes overwhelm your stomach.

On our way to Charleston we stopped for breakfast here. Good choice, the food, service and atmosphere was nice. The eggs were good well. The menu has lots of choices.

Stopped for breakfast on a drive from Myrtle Beach to Charleston. Convenient location. Promptly seated. Huge menu (almost overwhelming)! Food was pretty good (we understand that the regular cook called in sick and a fill-in was working in the kitchen). Prices very reasonable. Open until 2 for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We will stop in again when we're in the... More

The breakfast buffet has a great amount of variety, and you could order additional items if one didn't see what one wanted. There were some things that I haven't usually seen on a buffet like: cornbeef hash; an eggnoodle casserole (there was a better name, but I can't remember it); and, cranberry cobbler. Those were some of the best grits... More

This family restaurant never fails to excel. The food selection and quality are outstanding. Service is good. A great place for lunch, brunch, breakfast. Never fails to impress, and we love the local art.

For our last couple of visits to Myrtle Beach I have been searching for this restaurant. If you are traveling north on HWY 17 it is on the left in Litchfield, in a large building which also has a Remax sign on the top/side of the building. It is just past the entrance to the Litchfield shopping plaza on the... More
