It was always hard to find good Italian food in the area but not since this place opened. Try anything it is all good! The old location was good. The new one is even better!

Nice interior and friendly, attentive staff. Very good to superb chicken parm with good portion size but way too little pasta served with it. I know they probably throw out a lot, but hey, pasta is cheap. Then again, I'm a big eater. Sauce very good, as was salad with house balsamic. Lasagna had mixed red and alfredo sauce...different. Would... More

We love this place. We start our vacation week having dinner here. The food is always good. Lster in the week, I picked up a pizza for dinner. I wish I could get pizza like theirs back home. They had made a few changes to their menu but we were happy with them. I cannot wait for next years visit.

Soooo disappointed in the quality of the once outstanding food! The calamari had no taste, the fried zucchini was served on a plate sitting in grease (2 of our 3 apps). The seafood pasta dish should not have included sand; the chicken breasts had more breading than the meat and of all things the pasta taste like rubber. Pastaria811 was... More

Dear Ms. Nancy Sunshine, Your review is incredibly disheartening to myself and my staff. By your own words, you have enjoyed many lunches and dinners at my restaurant but I have never seen a positive review written by you. I spoke at length with your server, the hostess (who is apologizing profusely and has stated she will not wear her... More

Went here with family during our trip to SC. Salad was very good, enjoyed the cold sauce topping. Ordered ziti with marinara sauce. Very good tasting sauce. Served in a deep bowl, but it was not filled. I don't think it was a good value for the money. Good, semi-fast service.

We hosted a party here for my parent's joint 65th birthday and the staff at Pastaria couldn't have been more helpful and accommodative. We were not living in the area at the time, but we were helped by great recommendations by the owners. The night itself was lovely, the food was excellent (my favorite was the Abruzzi bread appetizer), and... More

A group of friends (12) went to Pastaria during a mini-holiday in Litchfield, SC. Pastaria was one of several restaurants we tried over the August vacation. The locale is quite spacious, which is seldom the mark of an excellent restaurant, and we had our table in one of the side rooms. It was dark but it was quiet despite the... More

WE HAD TAKE OUT FOR 10. The bread was so hard we could never eat it. Our portions were tiny. My husband asked if the food was supposed to be restaurant quality..unfortunately we will not be back..

We have gone for dinner several times and have not been disappointed. The salad with the marinaded tomatoes are delicious! The pizza is good and so it the stuffed shells. Bon appetit
